This was a wonderful stay! The location is ideal, the property was appealing and luxurious with every amenity we could have wanted, and all was in good condition/order when we arrived, clean and ready to go, no hassles. By far the nicest and best located property we've stayed at in Mammoth (this now our fourth visit to the area). You can absolutely believe and trust in the listing for the property (amenities etc), what you see there is exactly what you get!

What further sets Treehouse 2 apart are the owners, Dave and Jacob Margolin. They were clear, helpful, and responsive from the time of booking, and provided by far the most complete and easy to follow check in, parking, usage, and check out instructions I've ever seen with a property rental. No gaps, no unanswered questions or surprises - it was all there, and the attention to detail and resulting smoothness of the process made an already fabulous experience that much better. Dave and Jacob clearly want customers to have a great time and be satisfied, as was exemplified by their checking in with us by text shortly before arrival and encouraging us to reach out with any needs or questions (we had none, but it was so nice to know they cared and would have been ready to help if we had!), and then following up with us the day of checkout to ask how things went. This is a level of customer service that is sadly rare nowadays and is a beautiful thing to experience.

We hope to visit Mammoth again in the future and would absolutely seek out the Treehouse property again. Highly and unequivocally...

We rented both Treehouse I and II for our annual Mammoth ski trip. We are a group of 6 families with kids aging from age 1.5-7 yo. These units would be good for groups of all ages because of the setup/location. The condos were absolutely perfect. Dave, as a host, was always quick to respond with any questions. Dave was very accommodating on the day of our checkin, trying to get us in the condo as early as possible, and assisting us with extra parking spots. To have underground parking during winter weather was a huge bonus. During our stay the townhomes were so well stocked and in impeccable condition that there was never any need to reach out to Dave. The bedrooms downstairs were very spacious, and even the upstairs loft/bedroom was a good size. The units were down the hall from one another, so it was easy to spend time as a group. The location cannot be beat. It was a very easy walk to/from the village which made it very simple to access the slopes for first runs or the occasional afternoon meetup. And shuttle stops in every direction we’re easily accessible, so there was no need for driving. Overall this was one of our best trips so far, and we truly have only good things about the entire experience. We would definitely highly...

What an amazing Christmas vacation. We had five families stay at village treehouses 1 and 2. Multiple teenagers and adults. The units were large w ample seating and kitchen space. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic and David and Jacob were totally accommodating. The check in instructions were fantastic and the drop off and ski lockers were perfect. Not to discount you are a 100 feet from the gondola to canyon lodge and the village with a ton of restaurants, shopping and stores. We could walk to dinner in a minute and come back for poker night. Also an outdoor bbq at each place made dinner prep for our large group really easy. There is a ski rental place right in the village which was perfect and easy. Would definitely come back. Encourage anyone who is looking for an easy vacation in mammoth, with access to everything to book treehouse 1 and 2 or either one of you have a smaller group.

Also, forgot to mention. Each level has an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggage up stairs. Huge benefit. And to top it off my son left his wallet there and David mailed it back...
