Starbucks — Restaurant in Manalapan Township

I hate to be “that person” and leave a bad review but every time I come to this Starbucks there is always a problem. My friend and I go the same time each week on our way to a function so it’s always around 7pm. The employees are always annoyed we are there. So much so I’ve checked the hours several times to ensure we weren’t there at closing. I’ve also asked one of the employees working there what time they closed and she did confirm it was 9pm. For the past two weeks, their Frappuccino machine has been “broken”.... really?! This is 80% of the drinks you offer and your business. I find it hard to believe that a rather large business like Starbucks can’t fix a machine over a two week period. I’m pretty convinced it’s because the whole place is broken down, cleaned and closed by the time I get there, two hours before closing, and the girls just don’t want to make the drink. It’s a shame to lose out on those $6 drinks for the simple fact that your employees seem to feel like each customer is an inconvenience and likely just too lazy to do their jobs, two hours before their scheduled...
