My mum ordered a light pink cake (practically white) with light/dark pink and lavender icing flowers; she even showed inspiration pictures of what she wanted. When she went to pick it up, the cake was bubblegum pink with ORANGE flowers, only couple TINY lavender blobs. The baker and the checkout girl were AWFUL to my mother. They were RUDE, snippy, and condescending. My mum was in tears asking for them to simply change the ORANGE flowers to either more lavender or light pink flowers, not even trying to ask for a refund bc she NEEDS the cake for a party. They very angrily told her it was already paid for and they didn’t care she didn’t like it. After my mum was literally begging them to get the orange flowers off the cake, they made her sign some sort of “no refund policy” (even tho she wasn’t asking for a refund) before they plopped more light pink flowers on top of the orange ones. The light pink they used on top of the orange was NOT the bubblegum of the rest of the cake, it was they original shade she had asked for, for the entire cake. The employees were absolutely, dreadfully rude to my mother, she left crying with an ugly cake that doesn’t look like the picture she showed them. Never going here again. (Pictures attached are of the drawn inspo, then what the cake actually looked like, then how they “fixed” it)

There is a sense of excitement when opening the door to Lemonade’s bakery and delighting your eyes to the plentiful and colorful baked goods. There is even more excitement once you discover that everything is peanut, nut and eggs free and with vegan options! Now the taste is something else! Things taste freshly made, sweet but not over empowering; cupcakes are soft, cookies are chewy. It reminds me of what your grandmother would bake - mine didn’t bake but if she did I am sure it would taste and smell like Lemonade’s bakery. Anyways, what I loved the most about visiting this bakery was the interaction with the staff. I enjoyed seeing the baker in the back working on a fresh batch of cupcakes and the other baker smiling as she made sure the items we ordered were nicely packed. I enjoyed every minute of being in here as I felt like a child in a toy shop deciding which toy would be selected to go home with. If I could give this place 10 starts I would!

This is my second time ordering from Lemonade Bakery for my son who has an egg allergy. I contacted the shop with a custom request as the mermaid cake on their website would fit with our ‘under the sea’ themed birthday but I was hoping the colors could match a cake topper I’d purchased. I sent them a photo of the topper and I was told this would be no problem. I was so impressed when I picked up the cake, it was exactly what I’d hoped for. I got so many compliments. As someone who bakes a lot of egg-free items and understands the difficulties I thought the cake was very good, but I would say I can tell they’re missing. As the mother to a child with an allergy I can’t tell you the relief I feel knowing something is safe for my son, I will definitely order here again.

My wife and child both have a couple of different food sensitivity issues. I tried my hand at baking a suitable cake for her birthday last year but was less than successful.

I received my order from the Lemonade Bakery today. I found them by chance and was able to place my order online with the dietary needs I required. The staff I communicated with were very prompt and professional and explained the process well. My order was delivered to my door, they ask for a window of four hours which is more than fair but my order arrived within less than an hour of the estimate. My delivery person was James and he was very polite and professional.

The cake and cupcakes we ordered were delicious and I couldn't tell any ingredients had been substituted. My wife and child were able to enjoy some birthday cake with no adverse side effect for the first time in a long time.

Thank you too all the staff of the Lemonade Bakery. You have all made a little girl very happy this day. I can not recommend this shop enough after my first but definitely not...

As someone with nut allergies, I love that I can come in and I can get whatever I want!

Everything is made fresh daily with discounts on day's prior items. If you would like a cheap and tasty treat, see if there are any discounted items, take them home, and microwave for 10-15 seconds wrapped in a damp paper towel- it really revitalizes them!

As for their selection, it changes fairly frequently, especially for the season or upcoming holiday. I especially love their cupcake selection! They're always moist and hit the spot (salted caramel mvp- my husband is fond of their orange creamsicle).

As for the atmosphere, it's a small, local shop. Sometimes, the workers have been a little busy with prep work and other times I was greeted right away with a smile. Regardless of the initial greeting (or lack thereof), once you have the staff's attention, they've always been cheerful and helpful! Not once did I ever feel rushed or like I was annoying them with a butt load of questions.

In short- I...
