Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Manchester Township

I ordered at the kiosk , and they didnt have half the food come to find out after I paid for it. Its 1230pm, lunch hour, and they have NO Fries and NO mac n cheese for 45 minutes! How is that? Its lunch time. No apology, nothing. Instead, "you want some rice and beans or mash potatoes". No I want what I paid for. Ive come to realize that it's a culture problem...I mindset if you will. There are too many people that dont care how their actions effect other people. That is why they conduct themselves the way that they do. Sure, there will be enough of you who read this and say "hey it happens lighten up" or "youre a narcissist"....but everyone else knows what Iam talking about. Its a lack of personal accountability and integrity. Its not about no fries and mac n cheese but about WHY there arent fries and mac n cheese and no solution. Its because people dont care unless THEY are the ones inconvienenced or stolen from! Then its a problem. Looks like I wont be coming back here either. Its the same reason I stopped going to the other popeyes accross town....

Food was great. This was our third visit, and likely our last. The first visit was early after this store was opened. We attributed the service issues to lack of training or experience. It is a small site, with limited seating like 4 booths that seat 4 people and a few other 2 tops. Two of the 4 seat booths were occupied by employees. We chose an empty booth and cleaned the table top, ourselves. It was near the soda fountains Our order was called and had only 1 of the 2 meals we ordered. This was eventually corrected. While eating, a woman came in with 2 children. The woman spent time talking with the employees in the booth closest to the soda fountains. The 2 children had a drink cup they shared, dispensing various sodas into it and drinking from the cup (no straw) repeatedly drinking and dispensing soda and ice into the cup. The cup was directly against the nozzles.Neither the woman or employees made any attempt to stop...

I recently visited Popeyes, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor — especially the crispy chicken and signature biscuits. The seasoning had that classic Popeyes kick, and everything tasted freshly made.

The service was friendly and fairly quick, even though the restaurant was a bit busy. The staff greeted me with a smile, took my order accurately, and made sure I had everything I needed, including sauces and napkins. The dining area was clean, and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable.

If I had to point out one small issue, the waiting time could be a little long during rush hours, but it’s worth it for the quality of the food.

Overall, Popeyes delivers great taste and good service — perfect for when you’re craving delicious, crispy chicken with some real Southern...
