For the first 30 minutes I kept hearing the older guy that works there kept saying Iām ready to go. Iām ready to get out of here. Thatās why I donāt stay open till five now I know why all those times I went there. They were already close before the closing time. So after that, I was the last customer and the store nobody can seem to fix my watch after like two people tried it then the older gentleman with the bald head he said I donāt have time to fix no watch. I said it took me 35 minutes to get here and he said OK Iāll try to fix it and they still couldnāt fix it then they started to apologize about. What happened Worst experience ever. I even feel sorry for how he talk to the workers, but I was in a good mood that day. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe only thing that bothered me was lack of compassion. When a person sells off jewelry,coins, etc... sometimes it's because of trying to make ends meet,and not always an easy choice. When I spoke to the young lady behind the counter, I told her that ," this was hard to do" ,with little compassion for what I had handed her,she seemed to not care. Not even an," I understand", nothing. I looked at all that was there,as she and spoke,all that went through my mind,was some of these people that brought stuff in ,these are thier memories,and do they ( the Jewelers) even recognize how hard it is to do this. I understand it's business,but to some ,when hard times fall,is it do hard to show a bit of compassion...or is that not in the job...
