I would give them a negative rating if I could. I ordered three small subs from them. Got home. Opened the bag to find three tiny styrofoam containers. Immediately called and told the manager. He appologized and said he would make it right. I then went back the next day and spoke to the same manager. Turns out. They did nothing wrong. He showed me a picture of a sub and said the problem was that the cashiers are learning to set out expectations correct by using the picture that shows a small a medium and a large. The smalls. Are about 3ālong. They are a quarter of a large. With the medium being a half. I explained that what I had brought home was something you would expect a tooth pick being served as an horderve. He said that is the size of their small. He didnāt even try to sugar coat it. I said it took two bites for everyone to finish their nearly $7 small subs. He said thatās how we served them. I literally thanked him for the honesty and he gave me a card for a free medium. But Iāll never go back and spend money their. Yes. The two hits for $7 were good. But really? Of the three of us who wanted to eat a sub. All had to make another sandwich after spending $7 for a bite sized appetizer. I still canāt believe that was real. And I hope the manager was mistaken. Because their food is great but why eat any sub if itās not worth the price or better yet, even going to curb your appetite. Iām still in awe. I wish I could post a picture here because I took one of all the subs with a dollar bill on the table next to them for reference. The bill was larger than all of the āsmallā subs. Complete let down. I went all the time in Florida and never experienced that. Not sure if itās true at all locations but the manager said they switched to styrofoam containers since it made presentation better. Well....then why in FL did I always receive a 6ā small sub? As in complete. The smalls literally come as if you took a footling from subway. Split it 4 ways. And took 1/4home. I should also add. Nothing on the website shows your small sub will be a āpieceā of a sub. Everything shows entire rolls. And again. I hope that manager was wrong. As no business could survive selling bite sized small subs for almost $7. Iām going back again with my receipt to verify he was correct. Unreal to think almost $20 gets you not even a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called my order in for pickup (a medium Italian sub with a side of mac & cheese) and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we arrived, my husband went in to get it and was told there was a 30 minute wait to place an order. My husband told him he was there to pick up an order. He was then told it wasnāt ready, they were really busy and it wasnāt made yet. I went in to find my husband and was told by the staff as soon as I walked in the door there was at least a 30 minute wait. I told them the same as my husband; I was there to pick up an order. When the staff began to tell me it wasnāt ready, another employee stated it was ready and pointed to the bag that had been sitting on a shelf. Needless to say, when we got home the sub was soggy, missing condiments and hardly any cheese. The mac & cheese was cold with salad croutons mixed in (was supposed to be bread crumbs). We never got an apology for their misunderstanding. The staff needs a manager and if they already have one then they need to be re-trained. How about āHi, how may I help you?ā when a customer enters. If you have takeout available you shouldnāt tell everyone that walks through the door that thereās a 30 minute wait! How about checking the customerās takeout orders before presuming it isnāt ready? How about making the order per your menu or customer request? I do not recommend this place although the concept was...

Ordered an Italian Sub a small which is very small and they explained that... no complaints on that. But they forgot a few standard ingredients for an Italian Sub which are called out on the menu and they still forgot. I ordered fully loaded, they forgot the pickles, I got a half a slice of cheese, forgot the Italian Dressing even though I specifically asked for it and to leave out the mayo and mustard, I asked for "hot peppers" which on an Italian is usually a spread of hot peppers and they put chunks of jalapenos... you never put jalapenos on an Italian Sandwich that's just wrong oh and they forgot the onion too. I ate a whole bunch of bread and not a whole lot in between. I think I'll give them another try when they get their act together in a few months. I guess that's what you get when you have 16 yr old making an Italian sandwich when they may have never had one. Needs more training! Sticking with Nadeau's until they get their...
