Update: Whoever is responding to my friends review regarding the dirty water and looking at it on video, how can you see the water when the video is all the way close to the bar and we were not close? Second, why would you take the time to argue about a customer's experience online? Instead of discussing the issue directly, the manager quickly ushered us out and provided a refund. However, the server's remarks, suggesting that she consumed the food without complaint, warrant some guidance, especially considering the circumstances. It is important to note that she had a bottle of water and did not request a glass of water until after the bottle was finished, which might have delayed our realization of any potential issues with the water. I think at some point you guys will be out of business because you are not training your server right but you're also not taking accountability for your actions, and you can lose customers by trying to pick a fight with them online. That is not pleasant nor inviting to prospective customers. Also, you said that you refunded her, but it's the way you refunded her and your attitude towards approaching and resolving the issue is what we are worried about. Because you accuse her of eating the whole entire food and it wasn't a full refund, but instead partial. In addition, the server's attitude towards us was not professional nor pleasant. Also, looking at a sweared when we are telling you that the water has dirt in it like we are crazy was very shocking for me.
The server that took care of us was brand new (short guy with glasses and black hair) and didn't know a lot of things but we were patient with him. In the middle of ordering, come on, my friend had a glass of water and so did I, but while she was drinking it, we both realize that there was contamination coming up and we mention it to the new server and he was taken aback. The average blinde guy with a bad attitude came over, who is also a server, and we were trying to explain to him and instead he was making comments like we were making up stuff. He even told my friend that at least she ate most of the duck, but that was on call for because the water was contaminated and dirty, and it's your duty as a server, but also the rest are on it owes a duty to the public to produce clean water because you can get sick and if she does, that would be their responsibility. There was no remorse or apology. This is not the way to run a business. These trainers need to be pleasant and put...
Read moreThis was one of the most disturbing dining experiences I’ve ever had — both in terms of food safety and customer service.
First, the service was incredibly slow. The shorter waiter moved extremely slowly, but we were patient and waited quietly. After my duck noodle soup finally arrived, I ate about half of it. I took a couple sips of the ice water that had been sitting near the beige wall beside me. Normally, I’m very cautious about my water — and thankfully I was. Right before my next sip, I looked closer and noticed something was off: the water was cloudy, milky-white, and had tiny bubbles floating to the surface.
I immediately compared it to my friend’s water — it was crystal clear. Mine was obviously contaminated with something.
We called a waiter over. A average blonde man came to the table. From the very start, he was dismissive and disingenuous. He looked at the glass and casually asked, “So what do you want us to do?” — not even an apology.
He took the water away, came back, and said it “might be a plumbing issue” and that “the landlord isn’t around, so we don’t really know how to fix it.” No actual resolution. No responsibility. No sense of urgency about a potential food safety violation.
When we said we were not satisfied with that response, he went back, “talked to someone,” then returned and asked again, “Well, what do you want us to do?”
At that point, we said we didn’t feel safe eating the rest of the food and didn’t want to continue. All they did was comp the duck noodle soup — and even then, he added insult to injury by saying, “Well, at least you’d eat half of the duck.”
This entire experience was disgusting. Not just the potentially unsafe water, but the way the staff minimized a serious concern and refused to take ownership. If something had happened to my health, it would have been on them. I wish I had taken a photo of the water, but they took the glass away almost immediately and dumped it before I could document anything. This all happened today — June 1st, 2025, between 12:00...
Read moreThere's a few things I've experienced during my experience in this restaurant.
When me and my family came and waited for someone to give us a seat. The 1-2 waiter ignored us. Wasn't sure if that's a policy at first. But then when I was looking at the bar, and saw the owner ( white male )he too wanted to attempt to ignore me . I kept staring at him to see how long we would have to wait here to be served.
After a little while . We finally got a booth. We was seated ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK WHERE WE WOULD NOT BE SEEN by the public smh.I feel like a rosa parks series at the moment . It was intentional because there was a booth right before that and clean. I suspected there was racism involved due to the looks me and my family were receiving but I ignored it and push forward. I wanted to my family to explore the area around them since they never been the New Hampire before.
Our food took almost an hour and 3 of the orders was wrong.( the wrong produce, where shrimp was ordered but got chicken instead and 2 was under cooked) So I made the waiter change what was recorded so we not get charged for what was their mistake in the first place. As a African amercian women I really was bothered by what I was experiencing this because of my 11 year old daughter. She had to be exposed by this nonsense. It made me sad. Secondly my elderly mother wasn't happy either. We came from NYC. Where everyone accepts everyone for the most part. The fact that I had to experience this level of racism still today is appalling to me. I'm sure there will be denials after reading this review. (Yes the owner gave us a free mango sticky rice dessert but that won't cover the nonsense we experienced especially for my family.
I wrote this review so no other should experience what I had to. I choose this place because of the love I have for Thai Food. That. Was the only one near by on foot. Hopefully the staff will shape up or hide the racism better next time for others. I won't be back here...
