Okay so I like Taco Bell every now and then and today they missed the mark. I was visiting Manhattan, KS for a K-State football game and stopped in. It was not a warm welcoming, and I was least to say surprised. I ordered a $5 double chalupa box trying to play the win an Xbox sweepstakes. I had to ask for a box as they served me inside so they were not going to give me one. The second thing that really got to me was that no one wanted to be there I was greeted 3min after walking in and all that was stated was well be with you in a minute. The person that helped me asked what can I do for you no hello sir welcome to Taco Bell what would you lile to order as a courtesy. Just poor service all around. The last thing that got to me was I seen a kid walking around wiping off tables with a napkin and water and it wasn't just one table it was several tables with the same napkin it was just unsettling. I was just just disappointed overall. We have to take more pride in taking care of our customers in any industry and the food industry in general is just slacking. Taco bell missed the mark and by how the place look I almost just walked back out as I was waiting without being acknowledged which is always a good first sign of trouble. The chalupa box is great and the nacho box was awesome. I was a little afraid to eat after I seen how the placed looked and how they just barely did a good job of house cleaning but i made it out. It could have been a bad day but as a popular fast food chain I expect more especially being...
Read moreLongest wait of any "fast" food establishment I've ever been to and on a regular basis. I've been coming to the 1155 Westport Dr location for about a year, mainly because it's the closest cheap eatery to my place, and the wait time has been consistently dreadful. I think during my trip today I waited in the drive-thru for about 18 minutes (behind 2 cars). Employees don't even apologize for the wait because it's become so normalized. Everybody and the employees know customers are going to wait the amount of time it would take to drive across town to go to the other Taco Bell. I don't like to write these things but there needs to be a change in management. I noticed older reviews have similar experiences so management will probably never read this but I finally came to my senses and realized how much time I've wasted so I will not be returning to this location. Aside from that the staff is friendly and they've never messed up my order so it gets...
Read moreI’d give zero stars if I could. The drive thru always takes at least half an hour. I thought I’d give it a try tonight after almost 6 months thinking OH maybe it will be fine this time. It was NOT. It is not okay to spend 25 minutes in a drive through! There were not even that many cars in front of me. Not to mention the fact the dining room isn’t even open! So they are not even dealing with other customers. It’s JUST THE DRIVE THRU! To top it off. My quesadilla had maybe 4 chunks of chicken and my taco was a JOKE. There was NO meat in it. After taking the miniscule amount of lettuce and chees off THIS is what was in there. (See photo) Do not bother going here. I will NOT be making any further attempts. Whoever runs this place needs to be replaced. It’s been this way for years, and any replies to reviews stating they will be passed along to someone higher up are...
