God where do I even start. This bowl is a masterpiece sent down from the heavens, made by the kind angels working the place. I went to the food truck in Hershey park. I ordered my food and was flabbergasted that I could make my own bowl, most places don’t do this so I got berry happy. The person taking my order was so nice and just had a very inviting energy to them. Also I really liked their makeup and jewelry. Customer service was 1000/10 overall. I’m not even at the best part yet. This nice employee handed me the ethereal masterpiece of an açaí bowl and i basked in its sweet glory. I took my first bite and my whole life changed. This was the most heavenly experience I have ever had in my life. The strawberries were the perfect sweetness, the bananas perfectly ripe, and the pineapple golden and delicious. The Nutella was the best consistency I have ever felt. And the pitaya base was frozen like a sherbert most excellently. The chocolate chips also added the best touch of crunchy texture. As I ate I felt more and more at peace with life. When I finished it I felt two things; an immense feeling of satisfaction and joy, and a bittersweet sadness that the experience was over. I could tell the bowl was made with love and care. You know when you read the best book you have ever read? Or how you feel when you get a careful, loving, warm hug? That’s how good this bowl was in good form. I talked about it for 30 minutes afterwards and I will never forget this. I definitely will be going back. Thank you so much for providing me with this godly gift from the heavens. I love you. I’m very disappointed with OOLA Bowls. I have been a devoted customer since they started on Fruitville Pike where the Brubakers is now. I have sent numerous friends and colleagues there that love the bowls , as I do. BUT, on Monday January 27th, I purchased the BOGO 1/2 off for your bestie, and the one i began eating when I got home, had 2, yes 2 , long blonde hairs in there stuck in the strawberries and honey! I NEVER EVER had any issues with anything purchased there! Well, I have called twice and left voicemails, emailed them 2 times, and have not heard anything! This is such poor customer service service and very, very disappointing for the something I really enjoy and gave spent so much money on . I have the second bowl in my freezer and my next step is to bring it to the store today and hopefully get some kind of service about this! It is so important and crucial to resolve issues when there is a complaint, and this obviously is not a priority for the management of OOLA BOWLS! Have they become so big and successful that the customer that has brought them to this success are not important to them? I’m sure hoping to get some kind of compensation for this and hopefully make them aware to be more mindful and much better at responding to...

Bring your own reusable bowl! ❤️🌎 The manager gives you a discount and you never run the risk of them running out of plastic bowls. Once they only had the small size plastic bowls and people were sad. 😢 But I had my big bowl; everyone was jealous!

The bowls are great! If you haven’t had açaí bowls, think of a really refreshing berry (slight chocolatey flavor) smoothie with lots of sweet fruits, coconut, nuts, Pb or Nutella on top. Nutritious and delicious is hard to find. I eat here for dinner in the summer.

I come here at least once per week! Addiction is real. I have introduced around 10 friends and each of them are loyal Oola bowl lovers. Some buy gallon tubs of the açaí purée, which is almost like a sorbet or ice cream. Best thing: dairy-free! So it’s vegan-friendly.
