Just came back from the Philippines and decided to have dinner there with fam 11/2/2024 6:25PM. And as expected, you guys are on top of the game. always like the place, its busy but well maintained. Lots of people but have enough cashier to take order, so queues got taken care so quickly. I love the food, my now fave your moist brisket with fries, bbq bean and corn bread.... delish... and most of all the orders that was prepared so quickly. We are just trying to get our drinks and they are already calling our name. Aside from the nice ambiance of the place, you also have a great team that works with a smile and has great customer service that made the place more welcoming... so YES we definitely enjoyed our dine in experience and glad to be able to eat again at Mission BBQ Lancaster. 5/5 star! More success to your business. We visited Mission BBQ at Lancaster twice this month. Jan. 14 & Jan. 20, 2024. We encountered nothing but great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Love their ribs and the brisket, service was fast and staff were nice. we just finished paying the order and our food was already waiting to be picked up. Im not sure if it was the manager but someone came to check how was our food and if we enjoyed it and if theres any else we need. And we love the atmosphere of the place. Definitely coming back here.

First visit so no stellar review... however a heavy scent of wood smoked meats on the air, upon getting my order and tucking in, the brisket was fall apart and not dried out, the pulled pork was a smoked pork and moist and fall apart, the smoked sausage (I tried the regular instead of the jalepeno option) was perfectly cooked and had a firm snap when bitten. Each of the meats was sampled with no sauce to taste the smoke on the meat... and it was worth the taste... afterwards the brisket was dressed with the "Tupelo Honey Heat", the pulled pork was dressed with their "KC Classic" and the sausage was treated to the "Memphis Belle" all fitting choices and delicious accompaniments. Maggie's Mac N Cheese was a good choice as side along with the slightly sweet cornbread. The meal was concluded with brownie and a Dr. Pepper. Good food and future visits will be made to Mission BBQ. UPDATED REVIEW... Awesome food, everything seasoned and smoked to perfection... cooked to falling apart, served in generous portions and multiple sauce options at the table (also all 6 sauce are for sale in single pint squeeze bottles or in a six pack) rotating seasonal side and dessert choices in addition to the regularly available side options. Definitely a must visit (unless you're a vegetarian... then your choices in a BBQ restaurant are limited)

Mission Come on, guys! I am a frequent dinner at my local Mission BBQ in Mentor, OH, and a former employee. 1st, let me say I love Mission BBQ and what they stand. The standards and service are almost unmatched in today's restaurant industry. But unfortunately, this Mission didn't rise to the bar set by other locations I've been to. I had to carry 4 trays of food to the table by myself, I have never had this experience at other locations. They have always helped with this no matter how busy they were. The second and more grievous issue was my wife 1/2 yard bird being so over seasoned that it was black way too much rub. And they served it this way. When they stopped by to see how things were, we informed them about the issue, which prompted a visit from someone higher up the chain who agreed it looked way over seasoned. They offered something else, but she was burnt-out and not interested in anything else. I hope the staff at this location can tighten up and match the excellence of other locations.

We are posting a review for the catering team at Mission BBQ - Lancaster! They were excellent in communication with us through the entirety of the process and our day-of coordinator for wedding day itself. They have a very reasonable catering package in comparison to what many others in the area offer. They include a complimentary, all-inclusive tasting which left us feeling very confident in our choices, and very stuffed (we went home with all the leftovers). You can really make the catering package what you want it to be, and they are very helpful in providing suggestions based off your event size, and what to expect people might eat with the choices you plan to offer. They were so attentive and knew exactly what we wanted/needed, without being too pushy or "salesy." We had to make some last minute changes prior to paying our final bill for budgeting purposes, and they were so understanding and made it happen. Ultimately, our package included three meats, three sides and bread. I want to say that this was around $20 per person. They offered appetizers, but we opted out for a different cocktail hair option. We did opt into the coffee/tea package, but were kind of disappointed to find a single-serve Keurig machine for people to use on their own. That felt like something we could have just done on our own had we known that was what the package included. They also offer a water and tea/lemonade station, but our venue did our bartending and offered this for free as a part of their package, so we didn't bother. Otherwise, they brought everything to include tables, tablecloths, serving dishes/utensils and their own decor. They offer a plates, cups and utensils package as well, but we opted to use the ones we had already chosen from our rental company. They served buffet style, and our guests spoke very highly of their interactions with the staff who was present. They brought us plates with our requests directly to our seats, and everyone was so kind on the day of. They also offered a cake-cutting package, but we chose to have cupcakes so this did not apply. Honestly, it really felt like they had thought of everything! I was so impressed with their planning. I'm going to be entirely honest when I say I originally hesitantly agreed with my husband on the choice of the food (wasn't too sure about BBQ and how that might change the feeling of our day to be too casual), but I really liked the price tag. However, I was blown away, as were our guests. Our food was delicious! The event never gave the feel of cook-out/picnic food just because it was BBQ. Actually, we had friends fly in from Hawaii who have a son in the military and were stoked to finally try Mission BBQ - so awesome! We are a military and first responder family, so I'm ultimately really happy we could support them on such a special day. It's been several months since our wedding, and when we catch up with guests, this is one of the things they still mention. We had leftovers that my parents took care of that night, and we ended up divvying up and freezing, but not too much that it was overwhelming! We were genuinely so impressed and would encourage anyone to use them for their price, delicious food, and thoughtful, genuine service + care - especially on...

Review for Mission Barbecue:

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mission Barbecue, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Not only was the food outstanding, but the genuine appreciation they showed for our veterans truly touched my heart.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. “Hi Folks!” The staff at Mission Barbecue exuded a sense of patriotism and gratitude that was evident in everything they did. It was clear that they held a deep respect for the men and women who have served our country, and that sentiment resonated throughout the entire restaurant.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Mission Barbecue is an absolute delight for barbecue enthusiasts. From tender and juicy pulled pork to mouthwatering ribs that fall off the bone, every dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and robust, with just the right amount of smokiness. It was evident that they take great pride in their craft, and the quality of the food truly shined through.

But what sets Mission Barbecue apart is their unwavering dedication to supporting veterans. Not only do they appreciate our veterans, but they actively give back to the community. It was heartwarming to see the walls adorned with photos and stories of military heroes, showcasing their commitment to honoring those who have served. They even hold special events and fundraisers to support various veteran organizations, showing their genuine care and dedication.

The staff at Mission Barbecue were incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the menu, make recommendations, and ensure that every guest had a memorable dining experience. It was refreshing to see their passion for both the food they served and the mission they stood for.

Whether you're a veteran or not, dining at Mission Barbecue is an experience that leaves a lasting impression. Not only will you enjoy some of the best barbecue you've ever tasted, but you'll also be supporting a business that truly appreciates and honors our veterans. The combination of outstanding food, welcoming ambiance, and their commitment to giving back makes Mission Barbecue a standout restaurant in every sense...
