Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Manheim Township

Went here with a couple buddies of mine from school, and every single one of us voted never to return to this horrid place. The staff seemed bored and agitated that customers were in their building, and were downright unfriendly. Due to some people in our group being under 21 and some being over, we had some issues with our waiter, who rudely split our group up into 2 separate tables (we were a party of 5). When we requested that we be moved to another section, and just decided to forget about the alcohol, we landed in a section of the restaurant governed by one of the worst waitresses I have ever dealt with. It took us about 15 min until she took our drink orders, and then another 15 until she came back for our food orders. When one of my buddies went to order, the waitress immediately cut him off! She said she would only take orders in a very specific way, going around the table in a circle at her choosing. Oh, and did I mention that the pricing is ridiculous? Anyone that thinks it is a good deal to pay $12.50 for 10 little wings is out of their mind. The menu is also designed so you have no idea of what you are paying for when you order. So after waiting a good 20+ minutes for our food, it finally arrived. However, the waitress gave us no napkins, and when my friend asked for a fork so he could eat his boneless wings, she pointed to a set of utensils on the other side of the table and told him that they would do just fine! Those utensils belonged to another person, who was opening them up to use them! The last grievance of the night was when my friend asked for a refill on his iced tea, and the waitress returned with water, saying the iced tea machine was out so he was being given water instead. So a customer purchases a beverage, you're all out of it so you give him the free water? That's just bad business practice right there. He was never offered an alternative to what he paid for.

All in all, this is a terrible place to eat. Unfriendly staff, ridiculous prices, and sub par wings. I strongly urge everyone to choose a different...

Oh boy - this is my 2nd ever Google review posting, but I had to recap our most recent trip to BWW Lancaster (keep in mind, I worked as a server at Chili's for over 10 years and have food service experience) because it was just plain bad.

We went to dinner on a Wednesday evening at 445 PM and found a restaurant less than 25% full. Yet it seemed like our waitress was basically handling the entire restaurant full of patrons with 1 hostess and a table busser. Despite our server passing our table more than 15 different times, we didn't get any "greeting" (not even a hello or "hey I'll be right with you") until almost 20 minutes had gone by. By then, we had already figured out our orders and had 2 hungry kiddos, so when the server did come by we just ordered everything. It then took nearly 10 more minutes to get our water, Pepsi, and kids milk. Then to our surprise, my wife's entree came out first, my son's kids order came out 5 minutes later, and then my order came 10 minutes after that. Aren't entrees all supposed to come out at the same time? To BWW's credit, the food was prepared fine but the experience was just plain awful.

Magically, at 530 PM, there were 3 more servers bouncing between tables and running food. To me, this says there was either a bunch of call-outs or bad planning for staffing. However, if that's the case, management should be out helping that server who was clearly running pretty ragged between tables.

As a former server myself, my tolerance level for bad restaurant experiences is quite a bit more forgiving than most (I know it's a tough industry to work in). But even this experience screamed either a poorly run restaurant, short...

My son picked this place for his birthday dinner. Turned 21!! It's the worst place to eat, I'll never eat there again!!! Our waitress was not friendly and she made us feel like we were wasting her time. 10/15 minutes goes by and finally she brought our drinks. My son started his order first and his first two choices they didn't have they were out of First Choice was boneless skinless buffalo wings with two different kinds of sauce you can get 5 and 5 that's what he did that's when I got the same beef brisket sandwich and his girlfriend got chicken tenders are the side of mac and cheese see we got there at 7 p.m. and we didn't get our food till 8:15 people that came in after us and got their food and was eating it before we even got ours and then when they did bring our food out wasn't right they forgot my sons tater tots I forgot his girlfriend's mac and cheese didn't give him a chicken wings he wanted them he never came back ask us how our meal never came back to refill our drinks we asked for napkins they said they didn't have any napkins and gave us wet wipes after all that and have to wait for a check our waitress was at the one who bring her food out a manager did I told him that was my son's birthday they did not do nothing and after all the mess-ups and how long we waited you would have thought that they would have taken something off the check or said something sorry anyting but no they did not.
