Starbucks — Restaurant in Manitowoc

So this location was out of short cups that are plastic. I wanted a paradise drink for my kiddo. she immediately said would you like a tall instead? You will have to pay for the tall price tho. I told her it's for my kid and I want the smallest size. I asked if they had the hot cups in that size and if we could have it in that cup. She said let me check. She said no. Then she said you could could get a size tall and I will give you two cups. I said no thanks and asked if she could charge me for a short but use a tall and fill the drink not as full. She said no. She or her manager was ridiculous. In a normal world, if a restaurant is out of a cup and a customer wants that size you give the customer a size up no up charge. Plenty of times fast food places have done that if they were out of a smaller cup. Thats called customer service! I ended up...

I had several gift cards to use and I picked out some bags of coffee. After waiting at the counter quite a longtime someone finally asked if they could help me. I was treated extremely unprofessional by that employee when I asked them to grind my coffee. I asked nicely for options as I don’t know how they grind the coffee to which she replied saying she wasn’t sure what I wanted. I was expecting to get some sort of options listed to me. No. I had to finally ask her to list them. This exchange went on for awhile until I finally able to get the coffee ground. We had family in town and needed to do two orders in the drive thru and was met with a rude remark about how they won’t do it for us again. When we got to the window we were then told they wouldn’t break our 50 dollar bill by what I can only assume is the manager which made the window worker extremely uncomfortable because she began to break the bill. The manager doubled down and kept saying how we were disrespectful for having Multiple orders and a large bill. After leaving we finally got to taste our coffee and it was completely burnt and awful.
