My wife's favorite treat is Black and White cookies which she's enjoyed for years in the Northeast. In Northern Virginia, these cakelike half moon cookies are available in Trade Joe's. When we relocate to Mankato, MN in the fall, I haven't been able to find these cookies in any bakery or store. That's when I contacted Tony at 2 Pins and he quickly said he'd whip up a batch in a few days. Wow! Not only did my wife enjoy her favorite cookie, we now have our son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandsons craving Tony's delicious black and whites. Impressed that a short phone call ended with a new product from Tony that equaled the best we've had from Northeastern Bakery's who've made black and whites for years! Kudos!
