They gave me food that contained gluten even though I specifically asked for gluten free from two employees. I understand the risks with having a gluten allergy and eating at restaurants with possible cross contaminations but it is not the cross contamination that makes me so sick. I don't react to that. It is when gluten is used as a food ingredient. I put my trust in the hands of these employees by what they said even after they looked and double checked in the food allergens book....I thought I was safe ordering the Baked Potato Soup. An hour later, I'm super sick with stomach pain I could hardly bare. So I googled Panera Gluten Free items and Baked Potato Soup is on the list as "safe". So I dug a little deeper finding the ingredients and there was the warning at the bottom, Contains wheat. How can they get away with suggesting and selling something as Gluten Free but not being at all aware of what that actually means? Allergens are a serious matter and should not be taken lightly, especially if asked specifically for something safe. Like I said before, I understand the risks of cross contamination and those who are that severely allergic should be extra safe and not take the risk at all. I read other stories after doing my research, that this company does not care for those that are allergic, said by multiple people and I now myself, see the dirty truth of this company. I am furious and highly...
Read moreREMODEL IS AWFUL ‼️‼️ literally the tables are so cheap and unsturdy that they almost tip over. The environment is so unsettling and eerie, I feel like I could be approached by a Finance Bro who lies about his height and was/is in a frat in a big ten college. Panera used to be a family friendly restaurant but now I am too scared to have kids because I don't want them to live in a world with this capitalistic Panera. Instead of a cozy and welcoming environment, I feel as if I could be hatecrimed at any given moment. The aesthetic is like the Google search page, and the artwork looks like it could appear in a work presentation at my place of employment for chemical safety and awareness. The artwork looks like it was AI generated by a millennial robot. I would rather stay home and eat OLD STALE DRY STICKY OFF BRAND KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE OFF OF DIRTY CARPET THAN EAT HERE BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE AI IS BEING INJECTED INTO MY BODY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I am disgusted at this fugly, horrid, atrocious, vile, repulsive, nauseating, egregious, pathetic attempt at a Panera. The outside design is now indistinguishable between a Panera and a dentist office. I am appalled by the hideous and untalented work by the interior designers that Panera has unfortunately hired. I would feel safer as a citizen from district 13 in the hunger games than as a lowly costumer of this newly evilly remodeled Panera. Food is...

I love Panera I love Panera Did I mention, I love Panera?! So let’s talk about it. Every time I go to Panera, whether it’s the drive through or dine in, they’re so patient with me. They always strive to do their best when I ask for specific orders. My only real con is: half a sandwhich isn’t $6 but $9 and a whole is $12, that math is incorrect but hey I’m not on the finance team or marketing so idk. No worries, they’re still fire! Also, when using the drive thru, a tip option should be made available -as soon as possible. I came in the building the other day and Brent let me know I had a whole stick just clinging to my sweater. I met Andrew, his smile is so infectious. The other staff, bless them all. Homework is easy to do here. I think I’ll end it there though, otherwise this review will be a J.R.R Tolkien book, so. Kudos and God bless each of you on your...
