Starbucks — Restaurant in Mankato

Just a moment ago I left the Starbucks in target. Came out this evening to buy a car seat for my unborn child and thought I’d grab a coffee! I ordered two beverages! One venti Carmel frappe add espresso No whip and one grande regular no whip! I tasted both drinks before leaving like always and the venti one had a very strange flavor. Had something missing was not enjoyable at all! I asked Emma the girl who was working if I could have my drink re made that it tasted very bland and pretty much nasty almost tasted like my Espresso was burnt and the Carmel flavor was not there with it at all! She assured me the espresso was not burnt with a rude attitude I asked her if she could please remake the drink and she did with a snotty attitude pumping flavors all aggressively! Slid my drink to me rudely I asked for a cup sleeve and she slid it to me with a attitude! I told her thank you for remaking it and thank you for being rude and I left!! WORST EXPERIENCE AT A STARBUCKS EVER ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION!!! I have stood in line at this location for 26 mins for one drink because of it being so busy and that didn’t bother me none but her rude little attitude did! I was having a terrible morning. I walked up to the order counter and one of the girls said she loved my messy hair and that I looked very pretty today. I was surprised by the compliment and thanked her. I began to order my drink and the other girl was so sweet! I asked for no berries, and she said "that's the best way to order it!" I asked a question and she quickly and diligently found the answer. This location is usually very crowded, so I think I'm the minority in regards to my opinions on it. I personally don't feel the flavors are as bold as they should be, but I realize Starbucks has to appeal to the masses. The food is pretty good although selection is limited. I also feel that everything including food/coffee is overpriced especially since (and this is just my opinion) it doesn't seem super high quality.
