Berry Blendz — Restaurant in Mankato

My experiences at this specific berry blendz vary consistently. For starters, i order the same thing every time. Its one of the harder drink to blend so i always specify that i want it blended 3 times due to a texture issue with the chunks of fruit. I've had a bunch of girls gossiping the whole time in the backroom and making drinks, an AMAZING lady blend my drink 3 times like I asked and do it once again because she saw chunks of fruit; and today, the girl came up to the register with an attitude and rolling her eyes even though I just asked how she was and then ordered, when i specified that I wanted it blended more than once, she proceeded to smirk and roll her eyes, and not do as I requested. Slammed the drink down and said "here you go" and attend another customer. It's not particularly the business but some of the people they are hiring that's hurting...

I don't typically write reviews but this experience was deserving of one... Been to this Berry Blendz many times without problems but this time was different. The worker glared at me and slammed my reciept and credit card on the table instead of handing it back. Slammed my smoothie down on the table too. I was the only customer there and I tried to be polite, so I'm not sure why she was so rude. Regardless, I don't think I'll be going back and I recommend others avoid this Berry Blendz if they aren't interested in being...

If I could share the photo on here I would. The sludge i found inside my Granddaughter's strawberry banana smoothie yesterday was the most despicable thing I've ever seen. You're blenders need to be taken totally apart and cleaned. I will be sending the contents and pictures to the health department of Minnesota. We stopped at the River Hills Mall location.
