Fantastic enchiladas. Delicious agua fresca. The rice is super tasty. Drool worthy mole. Worth every penny. Best Mexican food in town - and now I have a reason to go to the mall! (Also, they’re ok adjusting menu options to be meatless.)

My fiance is Puerto Rican so I've eaten a lot of Hispanic food over the last few years. El Gordo was some of the best that I've had ever. My fiance was equally impressed. What is going on here? Amazing food in a mall food court! I had the enchiladas rojas and birria tacos with the hot birria sauce. So good.
