This place is a joke the ladies behind the counter need a class on customer service...incredibly rude and dumb. I stopped in while traveling, it was my parents, niece and I. When it was my turn to order I was intending on splitting a sandwich with my niece being that she is little and in no way can eat a full size sandwich. Well we wanted the Italiano and I asked if on one half they could only put mayo because (being she's a kid she just likes the meat, cheese and mayo) and then everything on the other half well they told me they couldn't do that, however they could try and do it on white, wheat or rye toast and not on the sub roll it usually comes on..WHAT?! So I explained you can't put the meat, cheese and mayo on the whole sub roll cut it in half and then put the veggies on the other half? They got rude and told me no and laughed in my face...(WOW...what a professional business hun?!) Apparently these people have no common sense because would it really matter what bread you put it on it's all the same when you're making it whether it be on toast or a sub roll lol well in my opinion with the way they treat and talk to people this business won't be around very long or perhaps may I recommend new staff members because at the rate they are going now with the young ladies that are working in there currently they'll be loosing ALOT of business, just from me and my family they lost about $50+ dollars because since they were so rude we walked out and left without getting anything. Good luck Craig you're...
Read moreFirst, I love this area. Even thinking about relocating. I travel several times a year up and down 95. I was looking for a good deli sandwich. I saw the sign on 95 and prayed that it wasn't a dirty whole in the whole disguised as a deli shop. Have to be careful of some of these local places when traveling. When I pulled in there were several cars in the lot and people where coming in and going out. As I entered, I was blasted with the smell of warm toasted, followed by the sweetest greeting ever with a beautiful smile. The place is not that big maybe about 7 to 10 tables. As I looked around I noticed the other patrons smiling, talking, and eating. Atmosphere was pleasant. I decided to order a Craig's Club ( can never go wrong with a club). OMG I tasted the love, hard work, and dedication in that club sandwich. Good fresh deli meat, variety of cheeses to pick from. Bacon fried to perfection and the potato salad..........the potato salad was good y'all and y'all know how we feel about potato salad. Great food, warm and inviting atmosphere, excellent customer service. If y'all are in this area, go check them out.. you will not be disappointed. Thanks Craig's deli for unbelievable service and great food. I will stop by on my...
Read moreFriendly, polite service. The food was ok. It’s a sandwich. Reubens are the smallest I have seen in any restaurant and had too much sauce relative to meat, but it was fine in a pinch. My main concerns are for my health. No one working in the restaurant wore a mask. It made our party uncomfortable. There were elderly people and some with chronic health conditions in our party. There was one table outside but not enough chairs and it is loud, near a busy highway. We debated on not eating there but we were in a hurry and didn’t want fast food. Options are limited in the area. The staff also wore really dirty aprons (cook I understand), and the waiter wore gloves to take orders, then worked behind the counter with same gloves. The table near us was not cleaned after patrons left. Bummer that the restaurant chooses to ignore the basic rules of sanitation and break the current COVID mandates for food service, when a simple mask, hand sanitizer, and cleaning of tables could protect their employees and patrons from illness. And again the employees were so pleasant, but need training in sanitation. Fortunately no one in our party became ill (yet). I should have spoken up then. Not sure how the restaurant...
