This is my favorite Starbucks ! I stop daily on my way to work ! Most staff I am familiar with and I have always received excellent service ! Today I did not ! I alway order online and pick up ! I came to the drive thru . The friendly voice said one moment please . Well I figured it would be fine to just drive up . I knew my drink would be ready ! We get to window and Anajia said we had to go back to the drive thru so they can make sure we are checked in. So we backed up watching for cars coming blew the horn at the car pulling up behind us . The friendly voice got our check in . When we drove back up to window . Anajia handed us our drink and slammed the window ! I sat there waiting for her to open it so I could speak with her and she continued to have her head turned ignoring us! I blew the horn twice to get attention and she came out the window I asked her what her name was ! She smartly said “Anajia “ do you want me to spell it for you “ I said no I can read it on your apron . I asked if a manager was there and she said they are not there ! She told us not to honk the horn at them at the drive thru ! We wasn’t honking at them . Not until we had to at the window because of her ignoring us ! This was uncalled for ! If I picked it up inside I don’t check in no where ! I just come in and pick it up from the table ! I spend a lot of money at that location ! Never have I ever been disrespected and insulted! Do...
Read moreSince we were on a roadtrip, my family and I decided to stop at this Starbucks to order some drinks and pastries. Part of the order was two caramel frappucinos and two regular coffees. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they only made one of each, which forced us to seperately order the other two drinks we were missing. Due to this, the atmosphere was already tense and the baristas seemed pissed off, meaning that my family had to repeatedly ask several times for the order to finally be brought out. When asked about the coffee, the barista brought out the coffee from a side counter as if she'd set it there just waiting for us to ask again instead of simply putting it on the counter. It took 25 whole minutes to make a regular coffee all while the manager did absolutely nothing despite witnessing the situation. My family even specifically asked the manager herself for our order, and upon taking it, she all but disappeared into the back room and neglected to make the order until we had to remind once again, to make it. Nobody apologized, rather giggling and talking amongst themselves with pointed looks in our direction. Overall, this was easily the worst service Ive ever recieved at a Starbucks and the interaction...
Read moreWhat a delightful surprise to find this gem on our road trip!! The baristas made the best customer connection I’ve seen in any coffee shop for years!! They made us so comfortable it felt like home. This store hasn’t lost sight of the company’s priority of creating a third place where customers want to hang out. I wish I’d caught their names but we were there at 8am Monday morning and three young ladies helped us with our purchases and made it a fun time. We’d lost that vibe with the pandemic and they are rocking it in this store!! My daughter was a Sbux shift manager and son a store manager in NC so I enjoyed watching this team run their stations and treat their customers with respect and kindness. Sweet southern manners are a refreshing delight and I so much appreciated their attentive care for us. Can other stores model after this team and regain the vibe Starbucks was known for? We’re so excited to finally have experienced a well run, clean, tidy, polite, friendly, delightful coffee shop after too many disappointing experiences to count. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would love to find their district manager and report our delight with this sweet team this morning. What a great start to our...
