McDonald's — Restaurant in Mansfield

Went by here tonight because we needed to grab an easy dinner for the family. I placed an order for 3 meals and 2 sandwiches at the drivethrough and they parked me on the side. I waited about 15minutes and figured there must have been something wrong because the drive through didn't have a big backup. Going in I was greeted and I handed my receipt stating I was waiting a while and thought I was forgotten about. The manager went in the back and talked to the crew. There seemed to be a pretty big crew for 8:30pm. She came back not too long later and handed me a bag apologizing and saying she gave me extra fries for the trouble. Thank yous and sorries were exchanged and it was all good. Upon walking out the door I noticed there were 2 boxed sandwiches and 2 wrapped sandwiches - I was missing a Big Mac. I got back in and let her know I was missing the #1. She gives me another bag with a Big Mac. Because she said she gave me extra fries I figured that I must have all 3 fries anyway under the rest of the order. Got home - Missing 1 Fry order and 1 of the two wrapped sandwiches was not what was ordered.

I haven't had issues here before as a customer, so that is important to note. But it really stinks there were so many mistakes in a row after spending $35 and I still got home with the wrong order. Everyone was kind and polite but in the end... the order got lost, was wrong, and then was...

Edit 8/23/24 im done going there. For about 6-7 months now around 415 am M-S 6 days a week and now for sum reason their "systems" have been down for last 3-4 weeks and I have not been able to get food or even a drink.... but at 5-6 am systems work fine... hows that 24hr service.... there's 2 guys that are great they have my food ready (I get the same thing every day) and the rest seem not wanting to be there or there in late or dont have anything ready and just blame their "systems" being down... those are the days I can't get food. At least when the 2 guys are there and their "systems" are "frozen" they let me pay in cash so I can still get my food... but how would you like to start your day with no food or drink first thing in the morning after you've been goin for months... I also drive past my work to go there because I start work at 430am and nothing else is open at 415 am and arrive only to find out I can't get food... when it's a 24hr service... update from 3 weeks ago still systems down no...

I was waiting at the drive thru line for 20 minutes which is fine. But I realized that they forgot my order of fries. The line was still long as the one I waited so I decided to call them. I am not one to complain ever against fast food establishments because I understand that they get busy but the person who picked up the phone when I called had an attitude. I told them the situation and explained how they forgot my fries and i’ve already been waiting for my food for so long. I was told, “You can wait the 20 minutes again if you want your fries but you cannot come up to my window and I cannot go outside and give them to you.” So I waited at this point an hour for a simple of order of a McChicken, McNuggets, fries, and a small drink. I rather drive somewhere else and not be treated like trash all for a small order of fries that...
