My experience today was a**. This establishment is too expensive for the service I received here today. The service was just trash and that’s putting it nicely. I mean I will pay for the quality of good food, no problem. But after this experience, I will try my best not to visit this location again! My order was inaccurate which is NOT A PROBLEM WHEN HANDLED APPROPRIATELY especially for Panera Bread(prices). I mean I’m no newbie to Panera food,service, atmosphere,etc.. So I ordered two spinach and cheese soufflé for breakfast and one soufflé ended up being bacon. Again no biggie, except no one asked me if I was okay subbing for bacon. Like what if I don’t eat pork or meat at all? I went in and kindly said “hey I had a mobile order for two spinach soufflé and one was bacon” and was told “oh yeah that’s because we have no more of the other kind you ordered”. And was asked “if I wanted to speak to a manager.” I said “no it’s okay. there’s no issue, but what if I didn’t eat pork? And that I just wished someone would have asked me if that was okay.” And she said “okay well yeah.” I then had to ask to be comped a desert instead of being offered one. She did oblige and asked me what I wanted. But like I said I am not new to Panera. Usually when they don’t have something or miss something, they are friendly and proffesional and offer a free desert or to make it right/let you get something else…something…anything! Ya know? Also picked up my order in the drive thru. Very unfriendly people here. The guy literally said four words to me- pull forward and my last name to confirm it was me who ordered. Read moreThis is the the worst PANERA I have ever been I’m my entire life that I’ve gone to, service is horrible I stopped by yesterday drive thru lady said total is $31 some change then pull up to window and says $38 some change takes my card and doesn’t even offer if I want a copy of my receipt until I asked her and on top of that the paper receipt was blurry running out of ink then they told me to park on lot 1 for my order get it I live 15 mins away get home and of course I am missing my 2 pastry’s and I orders the chicken chipotle avocado sandwich for myself and husband and one didn’t have no Avocado and 2nd the CILANTRO WAS ALL BLACK it was not good it’s very unprofessional you can poison someone eating food that’s not good anymore especially for a pregnant woman like myself that I’m 4 weeks always to deliver !!!! I highly recommend you guys take a lot of precaution on the food and serious. Someone can get I’ll or poison. Read moreWe went to Panera today because my daughter received a coupon. For a complimentary kids meal from one of her teachers. We gave it to the cashier who did not know how to ring it up and asked for assistance from a man whose badge said he was a training lead and he tol DC her to ask another employee. When the 3rd employee came out, she huffed that the school shouldn't even be giving those out because they are expired. I said then I guess we'll just pay for the meal. I didn't even look at the expiration date because we had just received it. Had the fact it was no longer usable been presented in a more subtle or kind manner I would think anything of it but because of the tone and method of delivery my daughter asked why her award was no good and did she do something wrong. She has struggled to get to where she is and the coupon meant a lot to her. So although our food tasted great and came out fast exactly as we ordered it, I spent our meal trying to console her... I have been in customer service for years and know that Panera bread is well thought of for their customer first principles, that's not what I saw today.
