Hit & miss, review is meant to be over several visits over a long period of time - I frequent here often because it's the closest to my house.
The drive thru wait time has improved immensely as they are probably one of the busiest Starbucks I've been to, but with that being said I've seen more mistakes made recently. For awhile there was consistency in staff, but lately it seems like a new group every few weeks.
Pros - for the most part, staff is friendly with the exception of a few incidents. They seemed to have their inventory of food/snacks under control versus being sold out of all the seasonal favorites we all love. Inside seems clean & like most Starbucks they have outdoor seating available, also well maintained.
Cons - there seem to be quiet a few mistakes lately, I'm not sure if they time the drive thru & more mistakes happen as the line moves faster. I've had several incidents such as receiving a hot versus iced drink (not that picky, I'll deal with it but happened more than once), forgetting to give me my food, or getting the order that was meant for the car before or after me.
Their coffee is average, it's Starbucks, you pay for the name but if I didn't like it I truly wouldn't go here.
I do want to say one of the biggest concerns I had recently, which was not a mistake (I get those happen here & there) was when I ordered a sugar free drink. Ordered it many times before, when the girl handed it to me at the window I noticed it wasn't labeled sugar free so I asked the girl about it. She said "We don't have sugar free so we made it non-fat, that's the best we can do". Excuse me? I've ordered it many times before, for someone that is cautious about their sugar intake for health reasons this was a major let down. I even said, "I've ordered this before & I can't drink this...", the girl just muttered "sorry" & turned away from me at the window. I was over it, I waited a few seconds to see if she was trying to resolve it but it was clear she was ready for the next car. I had an hour drive ahead of me so I just left, tried calling three times during my drive. I didn't want a refund but wanted to bring it to management's attention at how important this was not for myself but others as well, no one ever answered the phone.

Read moreI have been going here for a little over a year since we moved into this area. I come daily right after I drop my daughter off at school and sometimes twice daily. When I first started coming my iced coffee always had grounds in them and my order was often not right, I just added different flavors. One early afternoon there was severe weather and it was pouring rain and I drove up to order and no one said anything so I rolled my window back up not all the way but enough not to have my truck flooded and still no one asked for my order and so I for the 2nd time said hello and got no response. I drove up to the window and asked if I could order and he said yes but you will have to wait a few extra minutes because you ordered here and the person behind yours order is first. I got upset he did not apologize and I explained that I never heard anything and he said oh that's weird my headset is working.. anyways, my coffee now is amazing each and everytime I go in. Most of them.know my drink order and my name which I appreciate as I know they see so many come and go. Read morePoor service. Ordered a regular coffee, nothing else, at 4:54 on Saturday afternoon. No one else in the store. At 5:05 I asked about my order, as I had not received it yet, still no one else on the store and five workers behind the counter, not making any orders, just chatting. They all acted like they had no idea, then one person stated that something was clogged and not working properly, that’s why I had not received my order. However the machine she was at was not even the coffee machine. She then proceeded to grab a cup and walk over to the coffee machine and got my coffee. After all this, the coffee was lukewarm at best. When I asked about it not being hot, another worker stated that the coffee had been made for a while and probably got cold and he would make a fresh brew of coffee, it would only take couple minutes. 10 minutes later, I finally have a hot cup of regular coffee.
