I withdraw from my last comment about this place. I've been really busy and have not had the time to post this comment, but promised myself that I would do it. This happened about a week ago. I went to CFA one night at 9pm. My family and I went through the drive thru. We ordered quite a bit of food because there was 6 of us. I specifically ask for everything to be fresh and didn't mind waiting. I especially wanted fresh fries which is one of my idiosyncrasies . The food was not fresh, especially the Fries. So I tell my niece please drive up to the front of the store so I can go inside but instead I sent my nephew in to purchase another one and to please ask for "hot fresh fries." Well he came out and low and behold they weren't fresh. I sent him immediately back in and he was told no he can't have fresh fries because they were fresh so they sent the same container of fries back out. This time I went inside with them and ask for the Manager whose name was Glen. Glen told me that the fries were fresh and that he couldn't exchange them. I told Glen they were not and that I wanted them fresh. Glen argued with me which was very strange because the last time I checked the common courtesy book of Management "the customer is always right." Glen was very perturbed to say the least and told me "we're about to close and thats as fresh as it gets! Keeping in mind at this time it was 9:45pm. I told him I don't care, if the door is open for business you should be able to serve me!" I was appalled at the type of behavior that was displayed by the manager on duty. I have NEVER had any problems with ANY CFA and I patronize them ALL and have for years. So I'm so sorry that Owner: Don Gonzalez has someone like GLEN working for him to disgust his Monumental Business. All over one large order of Fries. This may sound ridiculous to some, but it could cost others a bad rep for your Business because remember everybody knows 10 people and once the word spreads it could be down hill from there. I'm glad CFA pretty much can hold its own reputation because with managers like GLEN it could be tuff...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is terrible. Pulled in the drive thru and ordered a gallon of lemonade and paid with my credit card. I pull around to the window and it's three cars in front of me. I wait approximately five minutes for those cars to get their food. I get to the window and the nice young lady hands me my receipt for my lemonade. I see four to five kids just horse playing and looking down at their phones while my lemonade is not being made. So im sitting at the window for almost six minutes, just looking inside the window of the restaurant with almost ten employees doing nothing. One of the kids finally looks up at the order screen and sees that they need to make a gallon of lemonade. He proceeds to go to the back and get a white bucket with lemonade in it. The lady asks me to pull around front while they finish my order. I told her im not pulling around front to wait while ive watched eight employees do nothing for the last 8 minutes. She gets her manager and he states as well I need to pull around front. I tell him that you have had all these employees do nothing when I waited behind three cars for 5+ minutes and then at the window for another 7-8 minutes and now you want me to pull around front? He says yes we have cars behind you and you need to pull around front. I asks for a refund and he gets an attitude and tells the kid that he can stop making the lemonade. No apology, no offer to make it right then even though at this point it's beyond a 15 minute wait for JUST A LEMONADE. No one here ever says my pleasure, no one ever says welcome to Chick fila, it's just what's a name for the order, tell them your order and then they ask for your card. This location should shut down. Manager was so quick to just take my card and issue a refund instead of making it right. Again, a bunch of kids standing around doing nothing at 8:30pm when the store closes at 10, pushing each other, cursing, playing on phones and not one holding them accountable. I guess this behavior is encouraged at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Friday 12/14 around 5:10pm CT I was in a very bad car accident right in front of this Chick-fil-a restaurant located at Broad and 360 in Mansfield, Texas. As soon the accident occurred and noise was heard by others several of the restaurant employees and the manager Jessica Portolano came running out to help. They were so kind and caring to ask if we were ok, checked on my 10 year old son, stayed with him while the police came and I was trying to check on the other driver and talking to all the bystanders that stopped to help. The Chick-fil-a employees offered to take him into the restaurant and stayed with him while I talk to the police and the medical staff. They welcomed me in when I was able to go into the restaurant, the staff repeatedly checked on us and offered us something to drink and asked if we were hungry. The whole time we were there, they showed such hospitality. As we were wrapping up with the police and getting ready to leave the manager Jessica came and gave us a platter of nuggets and sauce and said "we wanted to make sure you had dinner tonight and we did not want you to worry about that." This truly touched our hearts and it brought my girlfriend to tear up. This gesture and the way we were treated made use a bigger fan of the company and showed us that even thought it is a fast food restaurant, the employees and the company truly understands customer experience. I applaud Jessica and her team for showing us such kindness and care during a time that was shocking and difficult for my son and myself. I will continue to eat her and will make this location my FAVORITE...
