I have worked in customer service for over 33 yrs... I have NEVER BEEN SERVICED LIKE THIS BEFORE IN MY LIFE!! I purchased a refresher at this location. When I got home, I realized it was not the right one. Came back through the drive thru to express it to them what had happened; with hopes to get the drink I paid for. Keep in mind, I was at the drive thru for over 10 minutes at 6:57 until 6:10...then went to the front door. Once I got at the door, realized it was locked. I knocked, hoping someone would see me with the starbucks cup and would come at least to the door and hear what I have to say. I literally stood their as they went back and forth for over 20 minutes. Do you think they didn't noticed me.... Oh no they literally looked at me turned around and began doing other distracted things other than tell me they are closed... systems are down or something. I stood at the door in the cold as they watched me knocking at the door. ALL I wanted was the drink I paid for. Instead I was ignored to the fullest. One guy that had an orange shirt on peeked between the back door to see if I would leave. He finally came out but ignored me sitting there. No one approached the door to expressed that they were closed or that the machines were down. All they did was ignore me in the cold. This is very disrespectful and lack of customer service. I have NEVER felt so disrespectful. As I walked to my car with disbelief that a major cooperation would hire such lacking service people... I sat in the car to write this and noticed a sign that said they closed at 6. It is very understandable why they weren't interested in assisting me. Gracie informed me that apparently the Store Manager Antoine as well as the District Manager Melvin are very strict about allowing customers to put ice in their Nitro Cold Brew even when they specifically request it. That is ridiculously poor customer service, especially for a place that literally specializes in custom drink orders. I understand Nitro doesn’t come with ice, but i enjoy ice in mine. Ice makes the drink considerable more enjoyable for me? Yet I was repeatedly denied and then was given a cup of ice to modify the drink that I paid people to make for me. You can ask for the most absurd, sugary topping loaded, cold foam topped, shaken then stirred, made hot then put on ice frappe or ridiculously customized drink - but apparently they draw the line at a few ice cubes in your Nitro? Do you realize how ridiculous that is? Never in my life at any Starbucks any the entire world have they refused my request for light ice in my Nitro except at Antoine and Melvin’s store. Not only is it just utterly ridiculous and frankly insulting to refuse such a simple customer request, but it wastes double the plastic resources and uses way more ice than I asked for. Read moreI've been going to Starbucks every day for the past 4 to 5 years (Daily). I consider myself a VIP customer... I love the coffee. Every morning, I place a mobile order early to ensure my coffee is ready when I arrive. Today was no different.. I picked up my coffee around the same time as always. It's the same drink I've ordered all week. So I picked up the drink. when I arrived at Work, and I taste the coffee it tasted horrible. I felt myself getting really sick and nauseous behind drinking it. I opened up the cup to find that there was some disgusting thick layers of what looked to like old milk or something (spoiled). I immediately called the store manager to let them know what happened. I let them know that I would be returning the coffee and requested a full refund. I showed the manager the coffee and what was inside of it and he said that couldn't tell me what that was. It was nothing that they should be use to make the coffee. He didn't even recognize it as a drink that they make. This was very scary and the worst experience I ever had with Starbucks.
