I really hate to leave a review as such! If the Dairy Queen corporate office wants this location to survive and be successful they have to hire all new staff! We sat in the drive behind 2 cars for almost 20-30 mins. When we got to the ordering board no one greeted us after sitting there for an addy10 mins or more. We finally said, “Hello, is anyone there?’” A gentleman responded and and asked if we can give them a minute and went radio silent for another 8 -10 mins. We were finally able to order 2 banana split blizzards with no pecans (small), one banana split blizzard w no chocolate add pecans (small), one smoores blizzard (small), one banana split no chocolate, 4 count buffalo tender meal. We finally pulled up behind one car at the window and waited an additional 15-20 mins to get to the window! We got our food they had no idea which blizzard was which, they put the napkins inside the box with the buffalo tenders with no bag! So, needless to say all the napkins had buffalo sauce on them all, the fries were not cooked (translucent fries) and the box had buffalo sauce was all over my leg as I checked the order. About 10-15 cars decided they were not going to deal with this foolery and they left. We timed the total experience from the drive up to the drive up line to the moment we received our food…it was a 55 mins drive-thru experience! I believe in giving Grace and Mercy but Ohy God Jesus would have been feed up and rode off on his donkey!
Wait..There’s more… when I got home and opened the banana split hoping at least they got this right. I was sadly disappointed again! I have a split with NO bananas!!!! Really, who makes a banana split with NO bananas! Now ya’ll playing w my emotions! I just can’t!!!

Both times they forgot some of my order first time fixed it thiscwasca year ago. last night ibsent my cousin yo get food from there . the guy was so rude my cousin went up there and ordered and he had to get out of the car and go knock on the door 9:30 at night the dinning room closed !!! ( while calling them ) ( a girl kept picking the phone up and hanging it up while he was standing at the door watching her trying to get thier attention) finally a guy came to the door . My cousin told him stuff was missing . The guy told him no you have everything and shut the door in his face ! When he got back to the house I called up there becuse it was my food missing ! $ 26 half missing ! I told him what was missing and that my cousin was trying to tell him and he just shut the door in his face. He asked me was he a carcasian guy ? I said yes ! What does that matter . My food is missing and paid for ! He was so rude yelled at me and told me everything is there ! I began to tell her when she stopped and said, " what menue # do you want?" I Informed her I was ordering individual items and she could determine the pricing. I started again and she motioned with her hand to speed up because she was in a hurry. I reminded her that I was the customer and she was bringing rude. She turned, walked away and said you can leave. I stood back until another worker stepped up. I informed her about what happened and said the other lady must be having a bad day. She informed me she was trouble at times. I gave my order and it was completed without incident. Upon receiving my order I ask for the other lady. She stepped out. I mentioned that we did not hit it off right and I understood about having a bad day sometime, then handed her $10.00 and said, I hope this would help her. She refused the $ and again proceeded to tell me why she waved her hand due to being in a hurry. The moral of this story.
