I did an online order from their website, I had ordered a meal and needed it delivered to my job. End of month work is rough and I didn't have a moment to leave my office. The driver left it on the counter while I was helping a customer and when I grabbed it. I noticed I was missing my chips and drink, when I called the store from the app order. I got someone very rude, he kept putting me on hold. And I had to repeat myself so many times. And then said i didn't order from here. I tried to confirm the address on the app, cause I clicked from the app itself he kept repeating himself again saying he couldn't find me. Everything was delivered except Gatorade. I called the store to advise of missing item and was told to come pick it up at the store. I had the ordered delivered to avoid having to come into the store. I requested a refund for the Gatorade and was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and they picked up the phone with no greeting and just held the phone before hanging up. I called back and no one answered after multiple attempts calling. I called within 10 seconds and the employee Manuel said he can't cancel the order and that i have to cancel it online. I tried to cancel it online and couldn't, so I called back and asked for a manager, Manuel said I could talk to him, I told him 3 times I want a manager, then he said one wasn't there and he didn't know when there would be. Long story short, he yelled at me and proceeded to tell me twice,you ordered..not me..and said I need to come to the store for my money.
