I frequent this Taco Bell due to the fact we live just down the road behind the high school near it. I've been in this area since 2013 as well. When they first opened, the service was top notch-and had been for a long time. Recently, lots of new faces and I can only imagine it was a result of the pandemic, but new doesn't always mean good. I don't write reviews off of one experience. Everyone has a bad day. Every fast-food deals with the order being wrong-its what I consider 'comes with the territory' of someone else prepping your food. But, the one thing you can control and should, is customer relations. Just last night, like in the past few weeks, when I order and pull around the window, there is a taller female there. When I say no words are spoken, I mean it. When I say no eye contact is made, I mean it. When I say no 'thank you'....I mean that too. In particular, one taller female-freckles on her cheeks (has a mask on of course) and light red hair. Very robotic-shoves your card back into your hand, and so on. Again, no words-no eye contact-nothing. You drive off feeling like you've done something wrong. Only reason I waited this long to review is because like I said-everyone has a bad day. In this woman's case, every day seems to be a bad one and if she's going to stay in customer service, she needs to learn what it means to be IN...
Read moreThe 1st time I went to this taco bell location sat down and started contemplating what to order and after a while the cashier yelled to me CAN YOU PLEASE ORDER ALREADY! After that I ordered 4 burritos 2 orders of the 5 piece chicken nugget’s and 2 orders of nacho fries the burritos was lukewarm, the chicken was old cold and dry, and the nacho fries was called and they wasn’t properly seasoned. After giving them the food i asked them to remake and they refused to do so after they refused to remake it i asked for a refund and they refused that request as well. After arguing for about 5 minutes they finally agreed to make the food and after they did so i went about my day. 2nd time i went here i ordered my food on the Kiosk which worked perfectly fine i ordered 3 burritos and a mountain dew baja blast for my son. the food came lukewarm but I didn’t complain this time around i just sat down ate my food and tried to go about my day but after i left one of the workers started to heckle my son because i used the fountain machine for ICE! After my son explained the situation to them he left and told me what transpired. I highly recommend everyone to avoid this location I’ve been to many taco bells in my day but this location is by...
Read moreYou cannot go wrong with Taco Bell. If I wanted to, I would live off of their value menu. I do not remember the last time I looked at the rest of the menu. I know that there's a lot to offer, but I'm just fine ordering from the value menu for myself. Ofcourse, I get whatever my family members want for themselves. I stick to the same 3 items: shredded chicken quesadilla, spicy potato soft taco, and occasionally the bean and cheese burrito. I don't eat beef or pork, so those menu items are not an option. I am never disappointed. Each location is consistent in their preparation of these items. At this location, the staff members are always so pleasant. Other locations are pretty good as well.
Update on April 29, 2025: I couldn't help but to try the chicken nuggets. At first I wasn't going to, but then I was intrigued just to see how Taco Bell did. Although they were a little overcooked, they were actually fairly decent. I would like to try them on a day when they are better prepared. I did not change my rating since I've always received great service in the past. If I try the nuggets again, hopefully they'll be...
