I placed an order for one sandwich on the app to be delivered to my workplace today for lunch . It came fairly quick and the sandwich was good no issues there . My issue is with the delivery driver who ever it was my receipt does not say a name . When the driver came up to my floor and gave my food to the front desk they made it known to my co workers that they were not tipped and that they were upset about it which is highly unprofessional and rude. However, last evening my order took 45 minutes to arrive. No big deal. Before it arrived I called the store and was told my order was delayed due to high volume. That happens.
