McDonald's — Restaurant in Maple Grove

The guy on the speaker took like 10 minutes to get our order correct. I literally watched 5 cars come and go from the other lane We were pulled up. Pulling up wasn't a big deal but....Mind you we ordered 6 Happy Meals and a large fry. They brought our food with missing items. We received 3 bags, 1 paper 2 plastic bags with our food. 2 plastic bags had 3 kid meals each, the paper bag our large fry. We get home expecting the kids drinks and sauce to be in the Happy Meal box with the food because sometimes that happens but NOPE no sauce, no drink. We called about the missing items, and the guy on the phone apologized offered to give our Apple Juices, and sauce and a "free drink" for our trouble but that never happened. The person on the phone never relayed the message to the MOD Juan. Juan put my wife through the wringer for 6 juices. Juan didn't believe my wife about the missing juices. He made her feel like she was lying to get free juices, and sauce. Who the hell tries to get free juice and sauce when there are other things you can get? He said he heard the guy on the phone dealing with a complaint but never asked what it was about. He needed to see the receipt, he took like 10 minutes doing whatever, and never once apologized for any of it. We didn't even take the sauce. The kids started their food without. This place is A mess! All and all, I never go into great detail like this about a fast food joint review BUT McDonald's deserved this. If I had the power a 0 star would've...

If I had a dollar for eveytime I received a correct order from this place, Id definitely be going somewhere better. 🤣 I order on the app often here and have to go through the entire order everytime before I leave to check that Im not missing any paid items, every time. Now they typically miss silverware, its a togo order.. and when I mention that fact, dude goes through the entire bag to make sure im not lying to him. Dude on the silverware like he gets a bonus off of how much silverware they retain at the end of the month. Tall skinny Hispanic gut with a mustache. Anyway, order looked good, I headed to work, pulled the order out and found 2 items missing, these are paid for items so I called wanting a refund. I called the restaurant looking for a refund, now half this call was this same dude challenging me on whether or not I had the correct phone number, he still persisted that I had the wrong number after confirming the address. After the phone number debacle, dude said no refunds for online oreders in a tone after arguing about the phone number to where I bet he thought I wasn't going back there. I absolutely went back there. Dude seemed really inconvenienced by the fact I went back and inperson now, demanded my refund or the entire order remade at this point since 30 minutes had gone by. Dude openly reluctant remade the order and I was finally on my way after again checking he didnt...

Newly remodeled! And not just appearance has changed. I hadn't been in this location for awhile, didn't even realized they'd closed for remodeling. So when I walked in, I was a bit taken aback. COMPLETE interior remodel! And they accounted for social distancing in the layout, adequate space between tables, and included very attractive dividers. It's bright and cheery! And super clean, and it looks like they make an effort to keep it that way between guests. Instead of the standard all-alike tables, they now have booths alongside the windows -- they have a comfy sofa with a table -- they have regular height tables -- they have a high table with high chairs. It's not just a place to grab a burger, but you can sit and enjoy your food/coffee with a laptop or a book, in comfort. And of course there is WiFi The ordering counter has changed, and they now have self-service kiosks that are easy to use. The employees were dressed in white shirts and ties, and every one I talked to had a customer-first attitude and was super pleasant.
