Pancheros Mexican Grill - Maple Grove — Restaurant in Maple Grove

I came here several times in the past and each visit was great. However the last visit was unacceptable. There are two Hispanic workers who are extremely disrespectful, rude, and out of line. They have no business in customer service. There was some confusion with my order. And the one who made my food had terrible body language before I even ordered. I tried not to judge too much about it, but she was doing it while making my food. Asking questions very rudely on my burrito, mean mugging me. I let it pass however at the end of my order there was an issue and I asked for clarification, and she blew me off and gave me a huge attitude. She asked her coworker for help and she did the same thing to me. They called the manager, however there was no outcome of the problem and she just cut me off and rambled on the phone. All they had to do was explain the issue and their attitude made me not even want to deal with them anymore. I doubt there will be any accountability and they were not sorry for what they did. It was the opposite, they felt they were in the right which was unbelievable. Very unprofessional business and I never expected this from them because the other workers were all nice. Ordered a $90 delivery through the Pancheros app and ended up missing food. They claimed it was door dash (I did NOT order through door dash) but that’s who they contracted for delivery. They told me either I can come pick up the missing food or else they can refund me for the burrito but not both. I explained if I have to drive there it defeats the purpose of the delivery fee and the tip and they said I have to dispute it with door dash. I called door dash and they said since their contracted through the restaurant it has to go through them because they don’t get my payment information. The burrito that was missing was for one of my children so by the time I drove there and back to get the missing burrito everyone’s food was cold and I spent $20 on nothing when I still ended up having to drive there anyways and...

I believe they are over trained to say "anything else". I was rushed threw the whole process. I was ordering for my wife and I asked for Pico. She smashed a big scoop of corn and used her favorite line "anything else" as I said it's for my wife and isn't that corn she glared at me and picked it out. Then angerly asked anything else and I re asked for Pico and extra sour cream. At this point I think she is going to meet me in the parking lot because she's glaring and only will give me 2 scoops. And I know my wife 2 scoops will not cut it. To avoid asking for more I ask for it on the side and she says are you sure that will be extra.
