NEVER ORDER ONLINE!! This place does not deserve anyone's business.
Update: As of 1:38 AM on the following Sunday (8 days after the order), I finally received an email saying a refund has been processed. I asked the store to have the manager contact me after processing the refund (note: I received a call late Sunday evening from the manager telling me the order was refunded). Coincidentally, nothing was done to fix this situation until my fiancée blasted the company on social media, and I filed a dispute with my bank regarding the charge. This company does not have any respect for its customers.
Update from Friday: I again received no phone call. I called the store for the fourth time this week only to be told, yet again, the only manager is still out of town. Every day I have been told that a manager will contact me the next day. It has never happened. I don't believe there is anyone managing this place. It's an incredibly embarrassing way to run a business. Please leave this state.
I have ordered online to this store twice now, and both times I did, they were out of stock on multiple items on the order. The first time, I was told the order would need to be canceled, and then they rang in the items they did have for me on a separate order. This was frustrating, but I did get a refund on the first order promptly.
The second online order I had placed was this past Saturday night. The store called me about a half hour after placing the order, telling me that they were out of half of the items I had ordered. I was also told that they would likely be out of more items by the time I got there (I had placed the order for the end of the night since I was getting back into town late). I was told I could either cancel the order or replace the items with products they had when I got there. I chose to cancel the order. It is now Thursday, and I have yet to receive my money back. I called on Monday and was told to wait another day to see if the charge would reverse. I called again on Wednesday since the charge was still there. I was told they'd need a manager to help, and there wasn't one there that day, but that he would be in tomorrow (Thursday). I was told he would call me on Thursday.
Today is Thursday. I received no phone call. I called the store one more time. There is no manager there today either. I was given the same message of "My manager will contact you tomorrow. "
This is honestly ridiculous. I have never experienced such a poorly managed business. How can your store function without any managers there?
Don't waste your time or money here. The food is decent, but certainly not worth the massive headaches that ordering online will certainly cause.
Update: Yes, Paris Baguette, I already contacted you using your online form. Unsurprisingly, just like the actual store, I HAVEN'T...

$4.69 sticky milk buns ⭐️⭐️⭐️ • so cute! Subtly sweet despite what looks like a lot of condensed milk atop, I wish I had them warmed up
$3.99 strawberry mochi donut ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • frosting is lil too sweet, but I love me a good mochi donut. Chewy & the dough is subtly sweet, would order again
$5.59 strawberry croissant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • the absolute best croissant I have ever had!!! Aside from Boston cream filled donuts/Bavarian donuts, I don’t normally like filling in my pastries, but this absolutely perfectly layered & buttery croissant is the icing to all! The strawberries were fresh which I presume most of the ingredients at @parisbagguette would be. Messy to eat, but so worth the $5.59

There was an oopsie on the order (which I take part responsibility for as I didn’t look on the POS to confirm)- After Hannah rang up our pastries, I ordered a medium chai extra hot; she said “anything else?” So Chris ordered a large iced chai with two shots of espresso.
I paid $36.21 for all the above & we waited a good 20+ minutes for our drinks. We noticed the barista did call out a “chai with a shot of espresso” & it was placed on the counter. (A medium chai & a small cup of espresso). After some time, I approached the counter, feeling terrible for essentially “cutting” the line-another female came up & seemed quite confused as to my request-I merely stated my order was wrong. Mind you the line is almost out of the door & she took minutes to clarify with another coworker. This other person, I can’t recall if this person IS Hannah, said she would refund me the chai & the shot of espresso..& recharge me for what I wanted. What? I’m not grubbing for a free drink, but, with the line being as long as it was, we went through the process of me actually cutting the line to get my refund & re-buy my two drinks..waited another while for them only for them to taste ick.
I have to add, it’s a beautiful location & wonderful pastries, but, we feel there’s disorder & chaos behind the counter. Why’re the cash wraps also warming up pastries? Walking back & forth wasting time when there should just be a handoff to a designated oven person. The space between pastry cases is so tiny, idk if the intention or expectation is for people to walk in a one way manner, but it’s chaos. There could certainly be a better set up. In addition, I feel there are a few too many tables in there for such a small space. Certainly not ADA compliant as there isn’t much room for wheelchair...
Read moreWe’re quite familiar with similar bakeries—like the ones in California and Las Vegas—so we were stoked to hear about Paris Baguette’s opening here in the state. Just the thought of no longer having to book a flight to enjoy amazing baked goods, had us super excited! Having seen awesome reviews and reels online of others raving about this place, we went in with a ton of optimism. As we first walked in, I fell in love with the aesthetics. So bright and chic! We strolled in around 5pm on a Tuesday, and unfortunately for us, the things we came in for, one being the egg tarts, were completely out or just not on the menu for the day. We ended up with three other items (initially just two, but as I was waiting my turn to pay, I glanced over at the cute table near the registers and saw their bagged cookies and got one, just because I liked the name of it). Seating was plentiful, so we were able to dig into our treats right then and there. I wish I had my own share of raves, but each one of them were just… not good. One was filled with a chocolate custard/pudding, which I thought was the perfect amount of sweetness. Same with the sweetened buttercream filling. But ,oh no — the fillings were not enough to salvage that stale-tasting bread. Both buns tasted dry and dense. Almost like they hadn’t had enough time to rise and/or been baked too long. Best thing I can compare it to are those gas-station hotdog buns. Exactly like a bad, dried-out hotdog bun but with sweet fillings instead of hot dog. That was pretty disappointing. The cookie was last, and I really hoped it would salvage the experience we just had with the buns, but it wasn’t any better. It was quite hard, and crumbly. Just, stale tasting. My kiddo, who isn’t picky at all and would eat any sweet just because it’s a sweet, didn’t care to even try a second bite after I offered her the rest of the almost-whole cookie. At this point, we were relieved we’d got just those three items, and didn’t end up spending more and possibly being more disappointed. Not one of ‘em seemed fresh. Really hope this was just an off-day for them, because the space really is gorgeous. Crossing my fingers that within time, Paris Baguette will have the opportunity to workout these kinks and make it a place worth visiting again. For now though, will need to look elsewhere when we’re in need of a sweet,...
