Five Below — Local services in Maple Grove

DISAPPOINTED as I get to the cashier I notice an item that was priced at 5$ is ringing up above the 5$ sign on the item. I address this to the cashier and she calls the manager to ask the price. The manager said it's 5$ the cashier says it's ringing up at 5.55$ the manager with the Long red and black hair rolls her eyes and said "yes that's the 5$ " the cashier goes to the item to check the price. As she come back she tells me "the sign said 5.55$ at this point I become furious because that's a lie. So I walk back to check again for myself and it does say 5$ Like I told them. They refused to price match it and the cashier is now back there arguing with me while telling me that the price 5.55 is on the back hidden between the four metal carts and that things get mixed up. Witch I totally get. It does happen. But the way both of them lied to me and began to argue and be completely rude was absolutely not ok with me. And the girl with the red and black longer hair claims to be the manager. Absolutely horrible way to treat someone. And to gaslight me is completely not ok with me. I normally spend 100$ s here but I will find another store and the friends I bring with me constantly will go elsewhere her3 is the picture of the cashier and the "manager" changing the signs after. A simple I'm sorry this was a mix up would have went alot better then lying and arguing with me infront of the store. It's not about the difference in price witch I bought 4 of them. It's about the way the manager and cashier treated me. And continued to argue with me until I walked out after...

As I started to write this review it was 5:55pm! We drove out of our way, fast, finding that they were closing even an hour earlier than they already are because of the covid hours. They were standing at the door and locked it as we approached the doors at 5:54pm! I asked why they were closing earlier than the 6pm time! No response! Apparently they could care less I was standing with 2 kids who wanted to get some candy and a trinket becauae there are no parades today July 4th. They had somewhere else to be. To leave early and get paid for all the time, before the closing time! Here when I am sure their company could really use the business! Good luck with that! Wont be using thia store at this...
