Oh my goodness I absolutely love this place, the customer service is impeccable, each staff member makes me feel important as a customer, many of them know me by name, which is always welcoming. I’ probably have a bowl twice a week making sure I stop in before the close of business during the week, now that summer hours are extended that is even better! The friendly team and good atmosphere does it for me. Thanks guys for helping me decide on a new bowl to try 😊 My most favorite is the Nauti bowl with a spread of cacao butter and a smidge of the coconut. I have been to Nautical bowls many times and it continues to be a favorite place, whether it be when I'm on break at work or going out with friends. We even used it for a fancy and healthy alternative to cocktails for a bachelorette party I threw! They are great at being careful with cross-contamination and allergies, whether you are ordering online or in person. I have friends who are severely allergic to coconut, and they were careful to make their order in a separate area and packaged it To-go separately as well. I used to frequent the Minnetonka location and the Maple Grove location is NOW OPEN and has the same welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff! They have a wide range of signature options to choose from, and you can also build your own! They also have a rewards program, where you earn points on each order and eventually can use towards a complimentary bowl. It's a great place to hangout and work on your laptop while enjoying a healthy and flavorful treat!
