Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Valley

I came to pick up my pizza last night at 8pm on Sept 9th. The employees said 5 min They then left. They turned off the lights in the store to appear closed and left me sitting there for 20 min I called the store and they picked up and hung up. I did this 4 times. I then proceeded to walk into their backroom and found them huddled up together doing God knows what. I said how much longer? The pizza was sitting on the rack ice cold. One kid with short blonde hair got up angrily. He said nothing to me. He boxed it up, put it on a white table and walked away saying nothing. The door dash customer was informed of this situation also.

After dropping off the order I get a call from the customer who said the order was wrong and doordash would be refunding her order. The blonde boy and girl last night need to be trained in...

We generally always have had a great experience. We order from this location multiple times. The service is usually pretty good and fast. Lately it’s hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are amazing and other times they seem rushed. I understand because I also work in Customer Service. Not everyday is going to be the best. However, Friday night October 15th. An older man driving a blue Toyota Tacoma truck almost ran us off the road and caused a very big accident in Maple Valley. I couldn’t believe it!! My fiancé told me to contact the store right away. I spoke to the manager on shift who was very nice and said he just started which was no excuse. Since then I’ve ordered again from there but really didn’t want to give them business after this :( it’s disappointing because it’s very close...

This place used to be quite good, but tonight is the second time in a row where the pizza has taken over an hour to arrive, and tonight the driver said he got our order mixed up with someone else's. And what's really ironic here is that this was supposed to be a free pizza because the last order took so long. Think we're going to stop ordering from here.

(EDIT) After several months, we decided to give this shop another try. I got a decent pizza on time from them two weeks ago, but then today we got an improperly-made, undercooked pizza, unsauced wings (when I'd ordered buffalo wings), with stale vegetables, and it was barely warm by the time it arrived.
