I do not make reviews unless something outstanding good or bad happens . Will this is not only good but was the best services any one could ask for. I stop going to this store 10 years ago. Was never going back, because of a bad manager. Made me pissed off with no respect. To return a phone with in 30 days he would not do. Had to go to another store to get the phone I wanted and to return the one I was trying for 30 days.and 10 years has past I have a huge problem using the online getting a phone it has turn into a major problem and was getting out of hand where I was at a stump.so I called this store see if it was the same people running it. I talk with a person named “Julian” he told me to come in and would do his best to get it handled .Will I have heard this type of story most of my life and always never came true @ 65 years old. Will now I write this review to let you know. I would recommend anyone to come to this amazing store, it has become the best outstanding service experience I have not had in over 45 years. He made it very clear that customer service is a highly respected thing in his heart .Julian and his staff person , wish I had his name was the most outstanding Young people I have ever met. To this day. It was Phenomenal service helping me and handling the people coming in to the store. I visited to address a billing issue but received poor service from a worker named Ami Despite being the first customer, Ami redirected me to call Verizon customer service myself and prioritized assisting other customers who arrived after me.
I felt let down as Ami was already aware of my ongoing issues from a prior visit. Instead of offering support in-store, I was left to handle the phone call on my own, resulting in unnecessary repetition and frustration. When I asked Ami to intervene after the call, he briefly spoke to customer service but then abruptly ended the conversation, stating he couldn't help and asked me to leave the store in a disrespectful manner.
Furthermore, when I requested his name to escalate the matter, Ami threatened to involve the police and actually called them. I cooperated with the authorities and explained the situation calmly, inviting them to verify the incident through store cameras or other customers present. Our experience was all thanks to Ami (pronounced AH-me), the rep who helped us. He was a breath of fresh air, listening intently to what we were looking for in new phones and offering suggestions that perfectly matched our needs without exceeding our budget. He even took a deep dive into our monthly Verizon plan and found clever ways to optimize it. The result was two brand new phones with barely a bump in our monthly cost.
There was a minor hiccup—one phone wasn’t in stock. But honestly, waiting three days to pick it up was a tiny inconvenience compared to the fantastic service we received.
