I came to the drive-thru after a long day at Lake Wilderness. I ordered a regular Taco with just meat and cheese only. The girl (assistant manager - a kid in charge of kids) kept calling me sir saying she couldn't understand what I was saying. So I continued my order with the five layer burrito and a cheese roll up. The girls kept saying she's what did you want tater tots or something they don't even have. And then they were laughing and she called me sir three times I corrected her each time I'm a female please stop that then I said okay fine call me a man if that's what makes you feel good I'm trying to order. So I went to the window I said since you can't understand me I'm going to come to the window. I zoom to the window and she goes 698 please I said I didn't place my order yet. She said I got the five layer burrito and the cheese roll up I said but you forgot the taco with meat and cheese only and you called me a man several times after I corrected you. She did not apologize. She said someone else took the order but yet it was on her screen and no one else was taking orders. All the kids came to the window when I raised my voice saying again I'm not a man, look at me. Do I look like a man to you? That is very rude. She did not seem to care at all she had a blank expression on her face and simply said have a nice day as she handed me the food. I'm not going to eat it after those children kept behaving that way. Especially, when it comes to my food or beverages. I recommend you don't go to this this Taco Bell after the experience I had. Unless you want to be called names, laughed at and told that they can't hear you when they did hear me.( took most of my order ) When I tried to call to talk to the manager the little girl answered and said well I'm the assistant manager. I said well I need to speak to an adult someone like the store manager. They just kept passing me to a different child laughing. THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced too! Read moreThis will be the fourth time I've been overcharged and then they claim the is the register overcharged and they can't fix it. They have a sign that says pot pir are 4.99 and they charged 6.50 then when I asked they its only on Monday which is bs. Then I got a lux box the night before and it was 9.00 when I got there tonight they uncharged it to 10.60 cuz I substituted chicken for steak but it comes with either chicken or steak and they didn't uncharge last night.. obviously the management is stealing money by overcharging and hoping you won't notice. It's consistently about 2.00 to 1.50 of ann overcharge which doesn't seem like a lot but if you add that over a shift and they're making a good amount. And they're hoping that you'll just not notice of just say f it, it's only a buck fifty..just don't come here!! There's a reason this restaurant has a 3 star rating..it need to be shut down. I guarantee I'm not the only one..I'll be getting ahold of our States AG and let them know how bad this place is! Read moreOkay let's all be honest here, we don't come to Taco Bell for true Mexican cuisine. We just wanted a quick convenient calorie intake on our post hike drive back through Seattle traffic. On 3/26 @ 3:45 PM the person at the window really wanted nothing to do with us. After taking our order and accepting our money, the window stayed open and she stood at the door of what im guessing is the managers office and continued her conversation with the person in the room. We waited on the receipt and food as the person making our bite ran around and even got our sauces ready for us. The cashier continued with her chat periodically giving us blank stares and never got us our receipt nor our drink. I am so confused how you can so easily ruin the convenience of quick food when we were one of three cars and no customers inside. I want my drink and my receipt to call your manager, but then again your direct supervisor was probably the one in the room distracting you from doing your job.
