eegee's — Restaurant in Marana

The worst customer service. I placed two orders today. On the first order I was charged for food I didn't order which was a miscommunication, but when I brought it to the attention of the cashier, Tony, all he could do was yell for manager assistance. It was obvious that he did not want to even try to deal with helping his customer. Isaiah was the manager that came to "help". His customer service skills make me question how he made manager, he was short and rude in his responses. I had to place a separate order and upon approaching the counter, Nicolas, the original cashier turned to Tony and said "you are going to have to help her, I'm not going to again". I was then left to wait with zero acknowledgement of when someone would be with me. Again they argued over who would help me before Tony finally decided to take my order. To my disappointment again this order was not correct. I had ordered a deluxe grinder, and my sandwich came out with only ham. It took three different associates for me to finally get a correct sandwich, and it wasn't even a special order. I understand things are hard and trying with Covid19 running our lives, but a little customer service goes a long way and this was hands down the worst visit we've had at any establishment since this started. I have been going to Eegees and getting an Eegees for a very long time. I rember in the 90's how you could get all 3 flavors of Eegees and the person working there would get them in your cup, no matter the size, almost in equal amounts. It was great!! We, unfortunately, are no longer living in the 90's I went to this location as well as the one on Thornydale and Ina and got a Large Eegees with 3 flavors and was so incredibly disappointed This location gave me 3/4 of my cup full of the strawberry, which is my least favorite, the flavor of the month and then this small scoop of my favorite flavor, which is the pina colada It ruined my afternoon I was looking forward to getting an Eegees and don't go out to eat all that often So when I do, it is a treat for myself It just ruined my Eegees eating experience So I thought I would give another location a try and the exact same thing happened! They weren't as bad as the chick did at this location several months ago But it was the same What is the point of allowing someone to choose multiple flavors if the person working there isn't even going to attention to give it to you in equal portions?? Needless to say, I haven't been back to...

BYE BYE EEEGEES! Sadly have been going to eegees since I was a kid but the past few years the company has taken a steep dive especially at the Courtney Page location. The past 7 TIMES they have messed up my order! You'd think being a regular they would at least make the order right! I don't expect restaurant quality service from a fast food place but what I DO expect is for them to at least make the order how you ask for it. My daughter likes hotdogs yet no matter how lightly you tell them to heat it, they ALWAYS nuke the thing! Who in the world wants their hot dog with the ends split open and piping hot? My daughter definitely doesn't! No matter how I phrase it, "lightly heated, "very lightly heated", "no second heat please" they ALWAYS overheat it. I've worked fast food and yeah it's not fun, but they need to still listen and make the orders how the customer politely asks! I'm not asking for much! Can't keep giving them a second chance,...
