McDonald's — Restaurant in Marana

Got two smoothies. I've worked at McDonald's and it's a machine that takes less than 2 minutes to make. Well we got pulled forward and sat for 10 min waiting for them. This is the mcdonalds we go to most often and I'd say food isn't great. Sandwiches are sloppy and thrown together. They only care about their times here. How fast they get food out and not the quality that's being thrown out. Definitely not a McDonald's I'd stop at if there was another one closer to home

UPDATE. This place still sucks. We always go through drive through and they are SOOOOO worried about their "time" in drive through even if you just order a simple drink they have you pull ahead and wait to receive it. Wait time is anywhere between 5-15 min.

*Update Again to say this location still sucks. I called ahead as i always have to order the cookie tote as i like them fresh (they take like 10ish mins to cook) I was told I'd need to put the full order in for them to start anything which I understand but we've always been able to call ahead. So we'd be pulled ahead and waiting for an even longer amount of time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THROUGH THE PHONE. Well we just tried out the new McDonald's off Tangerine and although I had below low expectations due to this mcdonalds I was pleasantly surprised. I guess not all marana mcdonalds workers are...

I've gone here twice. First time was fine, no problems that I recall. Second time is what's getting this review. I was craving a Big Mac around 6, so I head to this location to get one. I get to the drive thru line and see that there's a pretty long line. Alright, no big deal, might be short staffed and it's the dinner rush. About 5 minutes pass before I get to the thing to order my food. I wait there a minute with no one answering, so I eventually call out to see if anyone is there. No one answers, so I wait and continue to call out, ALL WHILE the other drive thru line is getting service. I ended up waiting for about 5 minutes total before I drive up to the first window, and no one is there. I wait there for about a minute and eventually what looks to be a manager come back, so I say "No one was picking up for my order back there", to which her reply was "Yeah I saw" and proceeds to take my order. If the manager saw me waiting in line and there was no service there, why didn't she do anything about it so she could get me and the other people behind me out of there? I was in the drive thru for probably about 15 minutes total, and as I was driving out the car that was originally behind me to order was still at the thing, so I assume they got the same treatment. Won't be coming back to...

Horrible experience. First off I need to start out saying I don't frequent McDonalds, I try not to do fast food very often, except for when we're traveling, even then I try and avoid McDonalds! Second I have never been so disappointed in customer service.... The menu clearly stated that a meal was a drink + fries or side salad. So I ordered my meal and the boy at the register couldn't figure out how to change the fries to a salad, he apologized and said they updated their system the previous day. Manager that was there on Sunday came over and said that changing fries out for a side salad "wasn't possible, it's a corporate thing." and just walked away! Doesn't corporate make your signs? It clearly states fries or side salad? That's a corporate thing! Didn't try to correct the situation just wanted to charge me extra for a salad I wanted and fries I didn't want!! The reason for writing my review two days after the fact... My husband went to a McDonalds in Maricopa today and out of spite ordered his meal with a salad instead of fries to see if it was possible... It's totally possible!!! The boy at the register in Maricopa figured it out and it's a brand new store as well!! Never again will I go back to this McDonalds due to the horrible...
