I can't rate the food. I never got my order that I paid $11 dollars for. My husband stopped by here on his way back home. Ordered Egg McMuffin and Saus. Eeg McMuffin 2hashbrowns. Mind you we live in three points. Why he stopped here. Idk. I wish he didn't bcuz anywhere else would've made it right. Anyway, he gets home. And surprise surprise my eeg. McDuffie and hasb brown aren't in there. But a bunch of napkins.. so I called n called n called n called. But this mcdonalds has a automated answering service. Which wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone. I was told to leave message. So I did the brave thing and drive the 1hr and 5mins to come and get my order. Did I bring the reciept? No, i didn't. Because he never got one. And I get there the kid at the front. Looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. Then went and got a manager. Which i was asked at what time he came through. And I didn't know the exact time. So she went 45mins back and said there wasn't any mc muffin ordered. And I said. Well then it was before that then. Cuz we spent over $20 for 1 sanwhich and 1 hash brown. So since she couldn't find the order from 45mins ago. Wouldn't go further back. . She just walked away from me. And started working. And I was out of luck. Then I asked for a number for corporate. They need to know that this store customer service is b.s. there is no customer service here. Idk think they even know the meaning. Which is the whole reason they are here. not to mention is the reason they even get a pay check. An when i mentioned how I couldn't get thru on the phone she looked at me as if I was lying. Like she has never called her own store. So not only did we waste $11 but i wasted a a half tank of gas. For absolutely nothing. Then when I asked for a number to call. The kid points at a pic on the wall that's being blocked by some thing for the online oders. Then I ask what store this one was. Not the phone number. And he acted like I was some spy and the store #number. I need up walking out with nothing. Absolutely nothing.. Never will...
Read moreEvidently I have to give them 1 star to give them a review, but they truly don’t deserve even that. I have stopped at this McDonalds every morning for about 2-3 yrs to get breakfast & coffee on my morning commute. The staff was friendly, they knew me, they knew my daily order, and I would be in and out of the drive thru quickly. Then they closed one day, rebuilt the restaurant beautifully, but replaced the kind and experienced staff with a group of folks who don’t know how to take an order correctly, make an order accurately nor quickly, and don’t treat their customers respectfully. I have been patient with them until tonight. Tonight I received not only slow and inaccurate service when I ordered a nugget happy meal with a bottled water for my kid (that was literally my whole order), but crew member Mary decided she needed to be sassy with me when I informed her that I didn’t order a Sprite nor asked for a cup of water, but that I had ordered a bottled water. She snapped back at me “Fine! I’ll get you your Sprite!” To which I said, “You’re not listening. I didn’t order a Sprite, I ordered a bottled water.” I told her to be careful how she spoke to me because I am her customer. She continued to be rude to me, so I tapped on the window to find out her name. She opened the window with “WHAT?! I have other customers to wait on ma’am!” That did it! I asked her for her name and she showed me her badge and I immediately pulled into a parking spot and went in to speak to her manager. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I’m so done with that McDonalds! I’ll get my breakfast from Chick-Fil-A from now on, and when I need to get McDonalds, there are plenty of other McDonalds in the area to choose from that will hopefully...
Read moreI went through the drive- thru and the young lady at the first window was really pleasant. Then on my way back home, I noticed a LONG CURLY HAIR in my sandwich. So at that point I was irritated because I had to turn around and go back. When I got to the Front counter, the young girl with blonde hair, noticed me and just turned around to work on orders. I stood there for 2 more minutes seeing if someone would help. Finally she decides to come to me and I explained to her in a polite manner that there was hair in my food. She gave an attitude jester and said we’ll make the sandwich. At that point usually I would just say just give me my money back and I’ll just leave but I was hungry. As they are making it she keeps looking back at me giving me dirty looks. At that point I was heated. After the fourth time of her looking back, I was done. I yelled at her to give me my money back and she looked at me with a blank face, I said “ if you are going to give me attitude and keep looking at me I don’t need to eat from here, I need my money back. I then yelled “ there was hair in my food!” so the other customers would hear, and finally they rushed to give me my money back... ( welL the manger did, with a rude attitude and they didn’t even APOLOGIZE! I would NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. IF YOU GO THERE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD, more than likely there would be hair and trust me you don’t want to deal with returning it. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TEH FRONT COUNTER INCLUDING THE OLD LADY AND THE BLONDE HAIR GIRL, oh and the MANGER WAS VERY UNPLEASANT, RUDE, and unsatisfying. I know customer service and that was not it..
