This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and that's not saying much the staff are so rude here and always mess up drinks, my dad ordered a white chocolate mocha and they burned the milk, it was so disgusting! I ordered the sweet cream cold brew and this one lady snapped at me that I have to ask for the cream on top of the drink! It literally comes on top of the drinks at other Starbucks locations I've been to, and I found the coffee to be acidic, the cream on top just looked gross. Either these people learn manners or get trained properly and professionally to make drinks and serve customers correctly, they act very dumbfounded here, my cold brew was also overflowing when they added the cream, another lady asked what was wrong with my drink, nothing was wrong with it, I just needed it wiped off from overflowing. It's sad this is the only Starbucks in this area and they have so many problems with getting orders made and they staff being nice to people. Starbucks for the past year had not been following their own business hours of operation and seem to close most locations early and randomly.
How many more years will the excuse be “ short staff due to covid” that can’t be true if your still continue to open brand new locations.
Make sure your current shops are fully trained , staffed and stocked , and operating full hours before opening new locations.
Starbucks is seriously pricey garbage.
Update * just called at 6:06 and they said they closed at 6 today and will be open until 9 tomorrow but it may change . They have no set hours of operations it’s based by the day. Inconvenient for customers driving to see your closed EVERYTIME . Change online...

The first day one of the employees working on mobile orders yelled at a pregnant woman who said nothing to him, and gave attitude to anyone who questioned him. I waited an hour for my 2 coffees, and my dad’s coffee had no syrup or sweetener in it so I went back in to see if they could fix it. The woman at the cash register gave me attitude and told me the syrup was in the bottom, which was not the case because I work at Starbucks and know what syrup tastes like. Went today and the mobile orders were in even more chaos, we waited over an hour and none of our drinks tasted right- were not even drinking them. Just a terrible all around experience.
