Here is a review of the restaurant Pasta And... in Margate, Florida:
Pasta And... in Margate, Florida is a hidden gem that serves up an exceptional dining experience. As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service.
I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest.
The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables.
The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal.
What really sets Pasta And... apart, though, is the service. Chef Luigi went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and appreciated, even though I was there solely in a working capacity. His hospitality and the special treatment he provided made me feel like a VIP rather than just a wedding DJ.
I look forward to returning to Pasta And... in the future, this time with my karaoke skills in tow so Chef Luigi and I can put on a show together. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Margate area looking for exceptional Italian fare and unparalleled...
Read moreIf you dream of spending an evening in the heart of Europe, then Pasta and is the perfect place. From the moment you step inside, this restaurant immerses you in the atmosphere of true Italy. The authentic Italian staff, warm welcome, and cozy interior make you feel as if you’ve arrived in Piedmont.
The star of the establishment is Chef Luigi, who cooks in the style of Northern Italy, capturing the flavors and traditions of the region. The menu is well-thought-out and authentic, and the staff knows it inside out. They describe each dish or drink as if they had just prepared and tasted it themselves.
The wine list deserves special attention. I have currently taken a three-month break from drinking alcohol, but just looking at the wine selection at Pasta and, it’s clear that the choices are truly exceptional. The prices, of course, are steep, especially for my favorite wine, Sassicaia. But I will definitely be back for a glass of outstanding wine in May.
There is an excellent selection of drinks to suit any gastronomic preference. The two dining rooms allow you to choose the atmosphere to match your mood—whether for an intimate dinner or a more lively evening with company.
Pasta and is a place you’ll want to return to again and again to experience the true taste of Italy.

Be sure to pay special attention to the last page of the menu featuring truffles – it’s a true gastronomic delight. The truffle dishes here are simply exceptional, but it’s especially important to visit during the season when the aroma and flavor of these precious fungi are at their peak. Chef Luigi is incredibly generous with truffles, adding them lavishly to the dishes, and for that, he deserves special thanks. This is one of those rare places where every dish becomes a true culinary...
Read moreA very humiliating experience. We left the place shocked and speechless. We returned 1 plate out of 7 dishes that wasn’t good to say the least(we took half a bite) and they thought we were playing “games” and making it up so we don’t have to pay for it, then they accused us of prior return in the past (we had a piece of metal in the pasta). At that point , we just asked for the check and skipped our dessert order because we wanted to run away from this humiliating feeling. They refused to give us the check and they told us that we don’t need to pay for anything in a very arrogant way (as if our money isn’t good for them). We insisted several times that we want to pay for our dinner and we aren’t looking to get anything for free and they insisted otherwise. Nothing wrong with taking criticism, we have been to this place many times and built a nice relationship with one of the waiters, but as soon as there is a small complaint they flip from the nicest people on the planet to the most arrogant ones. Their motto is : there is no way there is something wrong with the food, 0% chance, it’s probably a game we are playing or we don’t understand Italian cuisine. Long story short, a great place to dine with fine Italian food and overall nice people until something goes wrong or something is not of your tasting. Very shameful feeling. We really enjoyed this place till yesterday, unfortunately we won’t return and based on the waiter/manger who spoke to us they don’t want us back either. I have never felt this humiliated in my life as I...
