They do have good variety of suits, so I give 3 stars but they don’t know the meaning of customer service, some sales people are rude, yelling at you, some of the cashier just stand there doing nothing, they won’t even ask , how may I help you…? If I act like that at my job, I will be out of a job. Just in case K&G doesn’t know.. word of advice great customer service is essential for great business, that’s what make your business different from others, that’s the reason your clients will come back and bring more clients to your business. Good suits are expensive everywhere, so I will whether go to a place with great customer service and spend my money there. I will not go back to a place and spend about $400 for 2 suits and have sale representatives act rudely and being disrespectful to me… that’s unacceptable. My father Lester Silva started working at this company k&G Margate Fl October 4, 2023. Since he started working, the supervisor, Briana Landers, started harassing him at work, all she did was criticize his performance. Everything he did was not appreciated by her and the only person because manager is happy with my work. She even once wanted to lock him in the bathroom with her and I refused. When I arrived at work she left him outside for 1 hour in the rain without wanting to open the door for him. He has been a torment to him all this time and he have complained to the manager Stanley but he did nothing to stop the situation. Thanks to that woman he lost his job. Thursday I was in @kgfashion getting ready for an event. Which this place has always been my go to spot since a friend introduced me to it. But Thursday... that day was different. I had the worst experience ever from the cashier Errol. Not only that today everyone seems busy doing inventory check rather there to assist. A customer was there helping me and she was wonderful she was able to guide me the right direction. Throughout all that I was ready to make a purchase and leave.
