Not too many associates work at this location based on the fact that I see the same two employees anytime I have visited. As far as customer service goes, it's barely passing. Walking in you aren't greeted with 'Welcome to Subway which I'm pretty sure you're supposed to say. It's more of a 'What can I get for you? The way I see it, GO BIG or go home whn it comes to cust service. I don't find the employees friendly at this location. They treat customers like they don't care about their jobs. There's a particular associate who always shows up a lot earlier than her shift and she just hangs out inside. It's super unprofessional if you ask me. The way the fountain machine is set up is bad. It's directly perpendicular to the cashier counter; so if a customer is paying and someone else is trying to get their drink you end up being in each others space. Idk who came up with that but it's bad. There isn't anything about this location that gives it more than two stars. The last time I was here, the lady started toasting my sub wout asking if that's what I wanted. The bread was horrible, actually worthy of throwing in a person's face but it...
Read moreI just went to this Subway at 2:39pm and waited 10 minutes inside and there was no one in there.. I’m thinking the employee is in the restroom so I open the door several times signaling the beep and no one answered. so I opened the front door and go back outside and there is no one in sight. after a few minutes I see the subway employee emerge from the barbershop located next door.. She ask is I’m looking for help then proceeds to light cigarette as if oh it’s just a lesbian.. I’ll get there when I get there.. I politely walked off and called corporate. Idk if I was discriminated against or what but leaving an entire store unattended for 10 minutes in a high crime area is definitely ideal.. I ended up going to my home store in coconut creek and received excellent service.. And they actually apologized for what I had been thru and gave me a...
Read moreHad just downloaded the Subway ap and tried to place an order for one of their specials. to Pick up. Something was not working right so I went in and the lady was super super nice and helped me out on my phone so i could get the special through the ap. While I was waiting, I noticed that the price for my sub was $3.00 higher on the ap than in the store. So I am paying $3.00 for the privilege of ordering ahead of time and picking it up myself, not curbside either. When I get back to work, my sub roll was still raw. I have had soggy subs before and liquid does not uncook the dough. Of course I could not leave work again and take it back, suffice to say, I will just not use the ap anymore so I can inspect what I am sold. At a...
