Shabanton Fish Market — Restaurant in Margate

This was my first time shopp[ng at this Fish Market, I purchased three pounds of medium Stone Crabs. Unfortunately they were the poorest quality Stone Crabs I have ever had. They were watery, mushy and had little to no flavor. I informed the owner and he was disappointed to hear abought the quality issue. He prides him self with customer satisfaction. He replaced my order an they very good, My family enjoyed them as they have in the past. This is my new goto market...

Would never go to this place ever again or recommend. We were sold old/sour blue crabs that were pre frozen and had an awful chemical smell and bad after taste. Pretty annoying that we paid $135 for bad crabs. Who knows how long they’ve been holding onto them, but it ruined our experience and I’ll never purchase...

Just left Shabanton Fish Market. Wanted Mussels and Clams. Mussels looked ok but the Clams where laying there with mouths open. When the person helping me moved the loose Clams to show me the Mussels the Clam mouths did not close. Dead Clams in a Glass display case is not a good sign. Don't think I'll...
