This location used to be good, but ever since the new management took over it's been absolutely abysmal. I went in to pick up my order which was pretty simple, a burger, large curly fries, and two tacos. I had to wait 20 minutes for my online order I had made about 30 minutes prior, which usually I don't mind because the food is good enough to warrant the wait. When my turn came to get my food, I looked in the bag and found that they had given me the wrong burger, onion rings instead of my fries, and the only thing they got right being my two tacos. Not a big deal I thought, I'll just go ask them to correct the order, which they agreed. About 15 minutes later I went up again to grab my fixed order, which when I looked into the bag, had found once again they had messed up my order. Still the incorrect sandwich, this time a large onion rings instead of my fries, and two tacos (which was the only thing right again). Now I'm reasonably upset, but once again keep my cool and ask them to fix it again, which they agreed to with an apology (albeit with a bit of an attitude), and I wait again. Another 10 minutes later and I get my order again, to which when I checked a third time, I had found AGAIN (even I don't believe this isht) that they had messed up my order. STILL the incorrect sandwich, this time a small fry instead of my large curly fries, and somehow they messed this up by only giving me one taco instead of two (they come in pairs). When I approached the counter again just to ask for a refund at this point, the new manager (who doesn't speak much English) told me that I cannot be given a refund, and to leave; which while ridiculous, I decided to just end this nightmare and leave. When I tried my food, the burger was charred and burnt to almost coal, my fries had no flavor, and the taco shell was chewy, and there was only beef in it; no cheese, or sauce or toppings of any kind. Read moreUse to work for jack for 5 years on and off. I know the service to be expected; this place gives jack a bad rep.... EVERY time I come here, they screw the order up. I can understand issues on that front, after all, nobody is perfect. But today, I waited 5 min in the drive thru just to order and received no apology for that wait. I was greeted with a disgruntled employee who did not provide their name (tho they did put the order in perfectly on the screen - can't recall if they verified it or not) and when asked if I could get a large iced coffee, I was told they were out and suggested the reg. I suggested using a med cup and told them I would pay extra, to which the employee became VERY rude and insisted on the reg. This is the main reason for the review.... Upon getting to the window to pay, she blurts out the price of the order and sticks her hand out for payment.... Again, no apology for the 15 min wait in line, no name, and that rude behavior. I asked for my receipt. She asks what I said. Irritated, I ask again louder; the attitude she gives is that "oh, now YOU'RE upset" like I'm the one who ruined HER day?... Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Jack is generally a great place btw, it's truly disappointing to have to write this.

Read moreAfter working a 10 hour shift at a restaurant, all I wanted was some munchies from Jack! Well I tried to order my stuff online to make my pick up faster. But many things are listed unavailable.... so as I was checking out it said my card failed payment, I proceeded to use another card and the same thing happened. I'm pretty sure they disabled the online ordering. Since I live across the street I decided I'd just order it through the drive thru. Get to the box to order and they have me pull up to the window. We initially wanted to order the $5 bundle but it's only an online thing, so we went with the Jack's party bundle and the girl at the window said " I need to ask my manager" then comes back to tell us her manager said no to making that. So we just ordered pretty much the same thing as the bundle but had to pay $10 more. This is a 24hr establishment, if you're out of something I understand that but just simply refusing to do it is outrageous. We ordered 3 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, 3 jr chicken sandwiches, 2 orders of tiny tacos, 2 reg tacos, and a large fry. They parked us and it took 25 minutes to bring my food out. They forgot 2 of the jr bacon cheeseburgers and then had to wait an additional 7 minutes to bring me out 2 jr deluxe cheeseburgers instead. We just said fine! We were just trying to get something quick to eat because we have to be up early for work. Obviously the manager on staff definitely doesn't know...
