Yummy Noodles offers a cozy dining experience with a focused selection of noodles and a small sushi menu. Despite the limited options, the quality of the food is quite decent. One of the highlights is their drink selection, which complements the meals well. On my visit, I enjoyed a Thai tea that was fantastic the first round but unfortunately, the second serving was warm instead of ice cold. Additionally, the fried shrimp were a bit too soft for my taste.
However, one of the things that stood out to me was how well they handle to-go orders. The noodles are neatly separated, which is perfect for maintaining their texture and flavor during transport. This attention to detail makes Yummy Noodles a convenient option for takeout.
The ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming, and the staff adds to the positive experience with their friendliness and helpfulness. Despite the minor hiccups with the Thai tea and shrimp, I find myself returning to Yummy Noodles because of the overall pleasant atmosphere and the fact that my daughter enjoys it as well.
In summary, Yummy Noodles may have a small menu, but it delivers decent quality and a great experience, especially for to-go orders. The friendly staff and comfortable environment make it a place worth...
Read moreFirst time going in with the wife and we were very excited and hopeful. The service was great, we were seated quickly and received our drinks right away. We both ordered the Powerade and I immediately noticed something was off with it, I asked my wife to try hers and it was the same. Our drinks had a tap water taste to them and then when our food was brought out it was the same. Maybe they’re back there boiling their noodles in unfiltered water or something? Not quite sure but the taste was way off and difficult to eat.
We had the Korean shin ramen, pad Thai noodles and fried pot stickers. The pot stickers were OK but our meals were not, we could not get over that tap water taste. I think the server picked up on it because she asked if I didn’t like it, I explained the situation and they removed my noodles and the two powerades from the bill which was nice of them to do. I hope they look into the issue because we were excited to try the place seeing as we don’t really have anything like this in town, but as for this visit we were pretty disappointed.
All in all the service was good, but the food...
Read moreMy husband and I went here for my birthday dinner in August. I ordered the Pad Thai. I really like Pad Thai when it's prepared correctly. There was a Red Chili pepper next to the description on the menu. In most restaurants that means you pick the "number of stars" for hotness. I was never asked how many stars by the waitress. When my meal was served, there was only chicken and noodles with a few very wilted green onions. No chopped peanuts (until I asked for them). No bean Sprouts, No cilantro or lime. No hot chili oil or chili peppers to spice it up. I took about three bites and called the waitress. I told her this is nothing like the Pad Thai I am used to being from the Great Pacific NW. I didn't eat the rest. I will not go back. My meal wasn't comped. The waitress even tried to tell me their Pad Thai...
