I went through the drive-thru with my mom, she has an accent but speaks English very well. Her English is pretty much fluent. She started to order 6 mc doubles with Mac sauce and the lady taking her order thought it would be funny to mess with my mom by saying "sorry we don"t have a big Mac double" my mom continued to ask for 6 mc doubles and to add mac sauce to them. The lady continued to say sorry we have no big Mac doubles she also said ok "one big Mac". She was clearly giving my mom a hard time. Finally I had to yell at her 6 mc doubles and to add mac sauce to them. Then she said ok. My mom had to tell her to add mac sauce again then she says "they already have mustard on them" I had to yell at this lady because she was disrepecting my mom when you can clearly understand what she is saying. Then she had on the screen that only one mc double was going to have mac sauce added, Again my mom had to tell her no can i get mac sauce on all of them. I should of gotten this employes name because she needs to work on her customer service skills. Maybe next time she should say somthing like I'm sorry I'm having a hard time understanding you. Did you say the big Mac or mc double instead of making up some item they don't even have on the menu. Clearly she was making fun of my mother. Anyways when we got to the 2nd window they told us to pull forward for our not so large order of 6 mc doubles add mac sauce and 2 cheeseburgers. We pulled forward and waited 10 minutes for our food. We did have my 1 and 3 year old in the car! As I watched about 3-4 cars behind us take off with their ordered food (and that's when I started paying attention) We have had ordered more mc doubles with Mac sauce in the past (8-10) and they have always gave it to us in the 2nd window. I cant believe they told us to move forward and wait for such a small order! We did not get an apology or anything I feel as if my mom was being looked down apon! Read moreI had a craving tonight for some McDonald's fries.. & fast food is a rarity for me (3-4x per year at best). I rolled through at 3am, had to wait for literally 10 min behind someone (which I don't mind waiting for fresh food). All I ordered was a large fry & they were soggy. I pulled away & ate about a dozen fries, & every single one had the texture of a sponge. They were warm, but soft & soggy as can be.
I returned through the drive thru & the drive thru person decided to argue with me about the freshness of said fries.
The fact that I took the time to come back through the drive-thru should've signaled that regardless of how recently the fries were pulled from the fryer, they weren't right.
I didn't ask for a freebie, I happily returned the bag of soggy fries, I didn't ask for a manager to complain, all I wanted was an order of properly cooked McDonald's fries.
While the drive-thru person argued about the freshness she did still drop a fresh basket asap upon my return. I appreciated the replacement, but I shouldn't have had to argue nor be argued with.
You can tell me all day long how freshly you made the fries, but that will never change the fact that I found them unacceptable enough to bring them back.
I wasn't rude, I didn't get confrontational, I didn't accuse...I just wanted an order of McDonald's fries that I had a craving for. The replacement order was a little better, but still not proper, & god forbid I say anything again after the first couple of interactions.

I began my journey at sonic, seeking a caramel iced coffee, after sonic gave me a giant cup of ice with a single shot of coffee and 3oz of cream, I blew over to McDonald's. (It was 107 degrees.) As soon as I walked in I was blasted by the stench of a giant kitty litter box, 25 points off. I was greeted by a wonderful girl, but I still decided to purchase my medium caramel iced coffee on the super computer robot order taker, I placed my order at 1:57PM. After waiting for 5 minutes I decided to sit down, I was then overcome with an overwhelming sadness, "I live in Maricopa" I thought to myself. As I was waiting I witnessed an old lady in uniform walk up to a group of degraded human teenagers, she then said "Who is here for an interview?" one of them raised their hand, one of the girls said "I am here for orientation." The old woman then turned to her and lividly said "We only do that on Wednesdays." 25 points off. at 2:12PM I then asked where my iced coffee was, the man behind the counter just looked at me and walked away, a minute later I got 4 iced coffees delivered to me. 50 Points off for implying that I am fat and that it took 15 minutes to get a coffee.
