
Yes, their food is good and location/interior is beautiful, but if you are thinking about renting their event space, think again. The entire process was extremely unorganized. It took weeks to be able to book because I had to ask multiple times for the contract and questions that we had about the space would be left unanswered by unreturned phone calls. Our reservation was also lost and was not marked as paid when we paid the deposit. I found this out a month beforehand because our catering order was also filled out wrong and the date looked like it was a month early and they were contacting me about it on the wrong date. The day of, we arrived to set up for the time slot the room was booked and had to ask employees to ask customers to leave the room, because they had not left it closed off or had it cleaned and ready for our reservation. There were also no employees helping us with extra tables and chairs that they provide and have in the back until we had to ask for them to be brought out. All of these events added a lot of unnecessary stress to the day and were poorly taken care of. Unless something is done to organize the process and better inform all employees of their events process, they need to stick to coffee and no longer...

Outside advertised Dole Whip. It's a pineapple smoothie that's not very "whippee". They also advertise ice cream so I asked if they do milkshakes. They do ... but not with ice cream. But they don't tell you that until you get your order and think 🤔 that doesn't really look like a milkshake. It's complicated "we have ice cream but not the flavors on the poster". I didn't ask for a refund. I didn't take the drink. I even tipped 20%. But I think if you stick to coffee you'll probably be fine. Customer service wise - it was a "misunderstanding" and they really weren't very nice. I wouldn't even be writing this but I had a conversation prior to ordering ... "You have ice cream? You do milkshakes? I'd like the chocolate cherry chunk milkshake." But the manager told the barista not to let that "lady" bother you. Two things can be true. It can be a misunderstanding but the customer can also want exactly (or even close to) what they ordered.

Ordering online was very difficult, and the web page still offers specials from last year. After running into multiple 404s, we were able to order the food. 2 sandwiches, 2 coffees, and $44.50. It was expensive but surely worth the money, spoiler alert, it was not. Food was cold, coffee cold, mainly because although our items were prepaid, we waited through a long line of individuals ordering instead of an expedited pickup line. The new location does not have the same warmth as the original, and the quality of food has been lowered. We ordered to take home a piece of chocolate raspberry cheesecake tasted old we didn't finish it and bourbon brown butter cookie that was honestly awful.
