Back about 8 years ago I ate here and while I was eating there was a roach on the wall. As a result, I stopped going there, then I decided to give them a second chance today, and the same thing; another customer requested that the waitress remove it, which she did after I moved from my table. After such, she asked if everything was okay, which I told her my story and she apologized. I requested my check, and didn't request a discount or anything. Shortly thereafter, the waitress comes with the tab and tells me "I am sorry for the inconvenience, I told both of the owners and they didn't care, I am sorry." I didn't ask for a discount, and was not even going to post a review, but after what she told me, without me requesting an explanation, is what has lead me to go ahead and post a negative review for this taqueria. Even after this as I was heading out, there was a dead roach at the bottom of the salsa bar which clearly no one had picked up as there were small ants there, but clearly it was visible. It is upsetting that they treat their customers in such a manner, while the food is good, the restaurant needs to take care of this issue as...
Read moreHands down the best authentic taqueria in Cobb. I stumbled upon this place while paying my cell bill (it's a shared spot with a metro by T-Mobile store) and after looking at the menu decided to give it a go. First off, the price is insanely low. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, which was only around $3. They hand make the tortilla so it comes out a beautiful golden color with a slight crisp on the outside and it's a bit soft and fluffy inside. This quesadilla was overflowing with tasty chicken and cheese. It was absolutely mouthwatering and to top it they have a free salsa bar which feature their own sauces and fresh toppings (lime, cilantro, jalepeno, radish, and more,) one of their sauces is an avocado sauce, similar to a spicy guacamole (amazing.) This place is very casual but does have table service. Oh, I forgot to mention that they sell real cane sugar, glass bottle Coca Cola products. The entire...
Read moreIt was my first time here and probably my last, as soon as I opened the menu 4 small ants were roaming around on it, I ordered one chicharron and and one pastor taco and a coke, the very first bite on the chicharrón taco was extremely salty but the rest was ok, and the pastor taco tasted more like chorizo than anything else. The entire place needs a good deep cleaning as soon as you walk in if you look to your left you’ll notice the filth on the cashier and to go signs. Adding a couple more waitresses could definitely help bring the wait time down on waiting for someone to come check on you and the quality of the food or any other needs as well as the wait time for the check. I had high hopes for this place, I’ll probably will give it another chance in the future for now all they get is 3 stars which should be more like 2 and a half. BTW 2 tacos and coke came...
