I accidentally placed an order with the wrong store location, my mistake and I understand that. However The app charged me TWICE. I was charged $30 for an order I canโt pick up as I am out of the state. The app specifically says to contact the store to void the order and receive a refund. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive and copped an attitude with me the second I asked for a refund. I have been to this store twice and have always been nothing but nice and always tip. She said โyou come here many timesโ. I have been there TWICE. I have been nothing but respectful and was treated lesser than over the phone. Itโs $14, they can keep it at this point. But donโt place any type of mobile order here, because if you have to cancel youโll be treated like trash...

My friend left her purse and the lady took it and when we came Back for it she tried to act like she didnโt have it. When we came back the 3rd time she tried to call the police on us while trying to steal the Bag !!!! I literally had to grab the Bag from Behind the counter because she wanted to steal the Bag !!!!! Terrible customer service , terrible experience!!! She is the worst person we have ever encountered in the food industry....

First time I've been to Subway in a while and they had less bread options and way higher prices than last time I visited a Subway. Seeing they no longer have $5 footlongs, I don't think I'll ever step foot in any Subway again. Way better sub shops with higher quality meats and better options to go to now that the prices are all the same. Very bad business decision on...
